Julia didn't believe that she was an advocator for all Pokémon, she didn't but as much nearly time and dedication that most Pokémon heroes did. She didn't have as much of a drive to completely change her lifestyle, the want to completely focus on just these brilliant creatures and she never deluded herself into thinking she did. But even so, she wasn't the type to completely ignore a crisis whenever there were one; there was no way she'd be able to get a good nights rest if she had done so.

[break][break]It was how she found herself roped into becoming a part-time hire, and somehow ended up at a celebratory barbeque of all things. It wasn't often you got yourself a nice clean breeze within the outskirts, the huge contrast of peace compared to the anxiety and worry people had not even 24 hours ago was humorous in it's own way. The sight of so many people coming together, laughing with one another, eating and creating happy memories was enough to warm anyone's heart, especially Julia's.

[break][break]However she had her own mission, and rather being in the middle of the crowd trying to make the days of everyone else's brighter, she instead slinked back towards the cages of their little bird friends. Armed with a spray bottle, and being sure that she set it to the very gentle mist nozzle, she'd watch over the ways the birds would restlessly hop about before giving them a light mist.

[break][break]The whole ordeal must have been difficult for them as much as it was for the workers, and while it was nice to be outside, the heat probably wasn't the most comfortable, at least then she could give them a little sprinkler, Julia addition!

[break][break]"You guys are so cute~"

[break][break]Her second weapon was that of a small napkin, making sure to wipe down the bottom of their cage enough her little fingers could reach in, occasionally letting the pokemons hope down and either roll on the napkin or give her light pecks-- either way she didn't care.

[break][break]“Hello, Julia. I trust they are not giving you too much trouble?”

[break][break]"Ah!"

[break][break]She'd instantly pull her hands from the cage and put them behind her back, completely forgetting that the person in question was behind her and would now clearly see what she was using.

[break][break]"It isn't what it looks like!"

[break][break]Her body twisted to face Aubre, her hands still childishly behind her back while she squeezed her eyes closed. It was a short moment of silence before, her tightly scrunched face would melt into a large grin. A defeated and amused chuckle leaving her before she spoke up again.

[break][break]"Okay. Maybe is~ But can you blame me it's so hot~~ Look how cute they are~"

[break][break]It was when she opened up her eyes did she notice the lemonade, excited and loud she'd hop back onto her feet and made her way closer to Aubre. It was another second or two as Julia desperately looked for a pocket to place her slightly wet napkins into before she'd carefully took the drink.

"Boy, is it ever a hot day!"

[break][break]The sight of a young woman using the bottom of her palm to wipe off the water that splashed onto her chin with the bottom of her palm and then switching up to the back of her hand to wipe some sweat off her shoulder wasn't an uncommon sight at the poke park. She had just finished walking-- or more like running-- two Growlithes down one of the trails for this young elderly couple, and she was in desperate need of getting some water.

[break][break]Really it was situations like this that Julia couldn't bring herself to ignore; it must have already been very hard for them to make it this far and so giving the pups some extra exercise for both of their sakes was the least she could do. It was even hard to shoot down their efforts of rewarding her with some dried fruits they made, but Julia knew more than anything that the tenacity of the elder is nothing to scoff at and she was the one who had to forfeit.

[break][break]Noticing her hair was coming undone Julia was about to fix it, but the glint of her wrist watch caught her eye, and more importantly the time.

[break][break]"Ah! Is it this late already?!"

[break][break]It was time to multitask, a hand on the fountain to push her off to a run, she'd carefully maneuver between the passersby on the street all the while she attempted to unravel her hair elastic and re tie it with an extra twist this time. The last thing she wanted was to have her hair in the food they were going to prepare today! She wasn't completely last when she finally busted through the doors and hand shooting up in the air as she'd triumphantly shouted.

[break][break]"Touch down!"

[break][break]Explanations were short, sweet and simple and while the organizer was talking she made sure to make a beeline over to the sink. A little sweat never hurt anyone, but also it was petty gross to be sweaty and working with food in general so she just wanted to freshen up by washing her hands and face. It was when the partners were called for when she made her way over to the station, a quick and rough pat down of her face and hands were all she needed before she'd see her partner.

[break][break]While her partner couldn't see it, Julia wouldn't help but give a short lived blink before a large and bright smile grew on her face and with as much energy that smile brought so did Julia have when she hopped down, crouching in front of the wheelchair.

[break][break]"Oh my, they are so cute! My name's Julia, and who is this?"

[break][break]She wanted to be at eyelevel with the Pokémon on her lap, even lightly offering and open palm with a piece of dried fruit on it. With an exaggerated peek to the side Julia would also take a look at what they were making and let out a bit of a giggle.

[break][break]"Oh! Cookies~ I'll have you know I made them a couple times. I may not be an expert but with a recipe we can never fail!"

[break][break]She had been speaking a bit loudly at this point, not to the point of yelling but enough that most would have heard their conversation clearly. That was until Julia would lean in towards Opal, a hand coming to her mouth as if she was whispering a secret to her.

[break][break]"Hey~ Do you think we can switch out the raising for these dried fruits? I think it would be really cool to use someone else's good will for spread more of it~ The Pass it on kind!"

Julia requires a lot of money, and because of such she continues to take on temporary and quick jobs. She has a simple word of mouth Pokéwalker job for those who are to busy to give their Pokémon proper exercise, and then she likes to pick up simple mundane jobs for the eldery. Those can range from shoveling their drive way during winter, gardening work, cooking or cleaning; really anything people need help with and are willing to pay her for.

[break][break]But the one and only official job she has is with Duodo Deliveries as a back up employee whenever Asher Graham has more packages than birds. As such Julia has an extensive knowledge of how to travel effectively and quickly all around Hoenn.
