Climbing hills, fast pace walking, lighting of any sort or anything along the lines of any form of “working out” were all on a list of no thank you’s she had mentally stored in the back of her mind so many moons ago. Yet here she found herself huffing and puffing as her feet continued to trudge forward bringing her closer and closer to the top or some sort of middle ground or well she wasn’t exactly sure what part she had made it up. The pain, the chaos, the ungodly amount of bug bites she had suffered while working towards her goal were well worth the prize at the end of the tunnel or mountainside as it were. Rumor had it that a glorious hot spring sat stationed somewhere on this mountain, a divine place where goddesses used to bathe! ( well in Natsuki’s head anyways, as well rumors always had a sense of running wild with her imagination) How could anyone pass up the opportunity to drip there bodies into a bath that goddesses once washed with, there was bound to be some sort of after residue that must have lingered on. It was the only option Natsuki was willing to accept, after all she had just completely the most physical activity she had ever done just to get a dip in this magical bath after all!

With such a lofty goal set on her mind it hadn’t really set in how long she had actually been making this journey, Natsuki was not a practical girl when she got an idea in her head and this sort of occasion was one of them. Without realizing how long she had pushed herself, well it was time for her body to remind her that it needed a little TLC as well. One step forward and her thigh muscle began to shake violently letting her know how much fatigue had actually set in. despite her bodies own warnings there was really no way she could stop now, no place for her to just stop and give up for a while. Not liking the answer she had provided after giving its fair warning, the next step Natsuki took gave way and down she went. Sliding back down half the steep she had just climbed was pretty devastating but well she had found herself some company as her decent had finally come to a close. It wasn’t often company came sliding into your life but well she was already fed up with this mountain anyway “Hey” she chimed cutely attempting to position herself into a some what less ugly and hurtful position.

Natsuki had all but assured herself that this plan was going to go smoothly, even if she had to get her hands dirty as well to make sure it was possible. The thought of taking someone out had caught her off guard however if she wanted to keep proving herself and not put a target on her own back she was going to have to do whatever it took to keep herself safe. Trying her best to stay focused on the task at hand and not let her cohorts noise and dismissal of her ability get the best of her Natsuki gave herself a mental run down of the plan once more while he chatted on in the background. As soon as the words had left his mouth Natsuki’s had briefly panicked, they were suppose to bring there Pokemon for this! Pulling herself to together she turned to face him, poke face hard and ready “you don't say” she chimed hoping not to give herself away. Natsuki had become even more tense now that he had brought the subject up, it was to late to speak up or back out now and well they were just going to have to make due with what they were given even if it meant putting in a bit more elbow grease.

Heals clicked along the floor as they made there way down the corridor, hands fidgeting beside her as they walked unable to think of anything else other then the fact that she had royally fucked up. She had barely recalled hearing him speak before jarring her focus towards him, “hm oh.. well you take the paper I’ll take the drive, meet me back here in five minutes?”

Natsuki had accepted this mission on the sole basis that if she hadn’t, well things were going to start getting just a little hairy for her around the organization. With her lack of interest in any of the ongoing schemes and plots it was as if Natsuki had been thrust into something against her will, though no one honestly could believe she had joined the group of her own volition. This particular mission hadn’t been something she would have volunteered for on her own but with her lack of achievements on her own for the team it had been highly suggested that she go forward and accept it. Her teammate had been randomly assigned to her and after a quick briefing along with gathering the tools they would need the couple was off to cause chaos and reek havoc upon the world. In reality however they two of them had done there best not to stand out in a crowd while making a move to infiltrate there target location and complete there mission. The first part of the matter was easy in the fact that all they needed to do was actually make it to the building in question, which seemed like an impossible task according to her accomplice.

They hadn’t spoken much which Natsuki hadn’t really minded as her cohort was the bossy sort, turning on heal as he blurted out in a hushed tone to watch his back while he attempted to break into the door. Monologueing to herself was going to be tough with this one suddenly barking orders on the fly, though when the door creaked open ever so slightly she couldn’t help but be impressed by his skills. His hushed whisper filled the air again once more giving her orders, to which she was already aware of. Clearly he had no faith in her ability to do her job, it was ok they she was going to be marvelous at it and blow his mind. They had entered together doing their best to blend into the scenery and keep themselves from being noticed, Natsuki sighed listening to him rehearse the plan over again. She had currently blanked on his name so for the time being she was going to call him pooky, not that she was going to say it to his face anyways. A fake smile slid over her face as she waved to one of the actual workers of the building they had entered, being friendly wasn’t going to hurt them any.

Shifting her stance and giving him a look of disappointment, Natsuki shoved her hand down the top of her shirt quickly before retrieving the flash drive from the pocket in her bra. “It would have been pointless to come here if I had forgotten it.” she chimed before starting off down the hallway “please have a little more faith in me.”

Natsuki’s was growing rather bored with this game he seemed to be playing with her, fishing out for clues all the while trying to play dumb before her. Arms raised high in the air as she stretched as much of her body that would cooperate with her, hips shifting position with the sway of her body. “good side, bad side so long as I stay on my own side I think I should be fine” was there really such a fine line of good or bad in this case? Honestly the idea that things were so perfectly black and white was laughable at best “good and bad aside, are you just going to leave me sanding here without introducing yourself?” brows twitched with slight excitement, he seemed like the type of fellow who liked to get a little adventitious. Wither that was a good or bad thing well she was up for the challenge of finding out for herself.

Natsuki’s brow raised slightly thought her counterpart was still unable to see any features she might make at him, her question answered with yet another. Was he unsure of the answer? She doubted it as everyone was familiar with what had gone down here and what was happening, however without any evidence to support her theory Natsuki continued to play along. Her head tilted upward allowing her posture to straighten “what an odd question” she chimed back “being put out from where? ...you mean here? This city?” she questioned him once more “i suppose it wouldn’t be a bad thing If I were, thought my cloths are hold up in one of these apartments so I would be thoroughly ticked if they just booted me without them.” she told him truthfully.

Still not entirely sure how she had managed to end up this far out into the land of heroes as it were, Natsuki had found herself lost. If she had to think about it seriously, her change of scenery was mostly due to the stale air which had cast a shadow over the city she had called home for a short few weeks. Slateport city had gotten rather boring in it’s current situation and a chance of pace was just the thing she needed to pull herself out of the slump she had found herself in. the process had been pretty easy as no one was really concerned with anyone leaving thought it was mostly with who wanted access back into the city that would prove a problem. With a light pack up and a heart full of determination her journey had begun only to find itself at a stand still when she had realized quite late in fact that she had no idea where this currently location was or how to get anywhere else for that matter. Being this lost the last thing she had expected was to find anyone else lurking around just as lost as she was.

Her skin had gone on high alert while her body had jumped slightly, random voices in the middle of a forest were not for the faint of heart. Quickly turning on heal to face the disembodied voice Natsuki couldn’t help but curse her luck, he just looked like one of those overly gushing nice guy types. However giving such a quick assumption from his looks alone wasn’t always the best idea, Natsuki gave her new companion a grim smile before crossing her arms haughtily over her chest. “not when people decide to sneak up on me!” she scolded him.

She could feel the stares as her steps furthered her into the establishment, apparently having a sense of fashion was a put off with these sort of creatures. Well could they really be called anything other then… her thoughts trailed off as well there was no need to get worked up over a few stares after all. Despite the fact that her order had been a little on the odd side the bartender had accommodated her and given her a bottle of water as requested, thought it seemed as if the man had no idea what water was suppose to be, the idea they even had anything not chalk full of spirits had surprised her. The crack of plastic sounded as she twisted the top from her bottle, new faces were hard to come by because of the state of the place. But well that was something she would keep to herself, he was trying to be nice after all. “new to water or new to people asking for it?” she mused back jokingly, there was no need to start off on the wrong foot after all, she wasn’t sure of many of the people in this place and setting them off while intoxicated was probably the wrong idea or well a grand idea for some fun.
