At least she sent a few shivers down his spine. [break][break]

It was cute, watching the man get scared. Call her cruel, but she did find it amusing to some degree; hence the smile on her lips grows. Though, her peace is interrupted when the man finally decides to sic his pokemon on the two women. How rude was that? They were having a conversation, and were planning on what to do next. In fact, she was quite looking forward to put their plan in action (although, attacking unprovoked would have left a bad taste in her mouth). [break][break]

... So she should thank him for making the first move? [break][break]

There was no use debating the morality of her coming actions, especially not when her words reflected the opposite. She quickly sends out a petite ribombee, that stuns the other pokemon with a quick stun spore. In this case, it seems like the mightyena was the one who was trying to pounce on the woman. She sends it a subtle glare through her composed gaze; the poor, poor thing. [break][break]

She takes a moment to glance up at the storekeeper, who could do nothing but watch his two pokemon become immobilized. He didn't appear to falter, in spite of this display. To speed things up, she raises a hand to snap towards her beautifly. The butterfly pokemon extends her straw-like mouth, and aggressively jabbed it into the canine pokemon. It let out a pained yelp, but the butterfly hadn't began sucking anything out yet. She glances to Pandora.[break][break]

She offers a comforting smile; indeed, this girl before her was also terrified of what was to come. she had some sympathy for her, and she's relieved that she could respond.

just as ayame was about to offer some reassurance, a louder squeal leaves her lips as she's suddenly pulled by this.. disgusting display. the tentacles were wrapped around her legs, slipping up her body and threatening to latch against her arms. Her first reaction was to squirm and flail, only to find her pokemon, too, were being dragged into this muddy terrain with her.

before her stood the blonde, desperately trying to pry her free from the tentacles' grasp. she tries, and she's unsure to what degree it's effective (nevertheless, she will remember this, and she is grateful).

her attempts to squirm are weakened, slightly, in favour of reaching her hand over in an attempt to grab the other trainer's hand. Perhaps she could be pulled up? possibly, even though the grip on her was strong. "grab my hand!" she shouts out. think, ayame. think-- you're smart, you have to think of something--

after all, she wasn't the only one in danger.

"Raiton, thunder wave! Maybe that'll stop the tentacles!" would it? she didn't know. she was too preoccupied with trying to squirm and struggle free to consider the possibility of the tentacles not being attached to anything.

if it were attached to the other people being grabbed, she prayed that it would help them, as well. she wasn't about to find out what will happen if she can't make it out.

- this isn't family friendly
- ayame, vivillon and rotom are both caught by the tentacles
- rotom uses thunder wave to try and paralyze the tentacles
- tries to grab siobhan burke 's hand to be pulled out

Hello, I'm taking this idea and smacking it over here! Basically you use quotes said by other people and instead have them said by characters for the heck of it. A good place to go is tumblr to get some good ones and share them around and plug in characters. Go nuts!

She doesn't know what's gotten into her, nor does she know what's in store.

She could have sworn she was asleep; sound in her bed without a worry nor care in the world. She wasn't one to have nightmares, nor was she one to feel much fear towards them (granted, she wasn't one to feel fear all too much, in general). She was one of the later to rouse from her sleep, being harmlessly shocked by a laid out electric terrain. It was pitch black, and she couldn't see a thing in front of her. The only light source were the people around her, who seemed to wake up earlier. They had their own pokemon with them, which prompts her to move her fingers to her belt.

Six of her pokemon on her belt. This offered some form of relief--

... Relief? was she scared? Her fingers brush against the sides of her arms, under the poncho that she wore. indeed, she was chilled. goosebumps plagued her arms; but why? she felt.. horrible. this was a foreign feeling; the pit in her stomach grew, and a bead of sweat dripped from the side of her face as she gradually made sense of her predicament. she was terrified.

not that she would admit it, of course. taking a deep breath, she grabs two pokeballs on her belt to send out her rotom and vivillon. the rotom's sparks flicker in the darkness and it seemed like the ghost pokemon was more at home than ever. On the other hand, her vivillon flapped his wings to let the illuminating scales map out the ground. Or.. so she could at least see the pitch ground.

suddenly, she feels the ground shake--... No, it moved. it moved in manner so grotesque, that even she felt nauseous. she glances at the ground; the scales from her vivillon, too, were shifting. it wasn't her imagination.

"Gross.." she mumbles. she glances around for anyone else who could have been caught in this, and finds two other people, not too far from her, gauging their surroundings-- until she's interrupted by a sudden 'bump' into her back.

She stumbles forwards, slightly, but her vivillon catches her before she can fall into the moving ground. "woah, there.." she starts. the purplette glances back, and finds a woman who seemed to stumble. "are you alright?" she asks as her rotom hovers over, more so to get a better look at the woman and illuminate her with the soft, blue hue.

- wakes up, feeling gross and SCARED for once
- sends out rotom and vivillon; rotom is lighting things up with its natural glow
- vivillon's colourful scales are reflecting the light from rotom so ayame can see the ground move
- bumped into siobhan burke , vivillon latches on ayame so she doesn't fall

She always found it amusing how a shelmet was named so, in spite of not having an actual shell to begin with. Nevertheless, it waddled out into the open, and she smile before motioning to her beautifly. "Air cutter!" she calls, and the butterfly pokemon sends blades of wind in the pokemon's direction.

Once it was hit, she tosses a pokeball at the toppled over shelmet and continues with her day. She already had a shelmet, though, but this one looked fancy.

All this travelling had her famished, and so she decided to sit herself down on a slab to take a break. She reaches into her bag to pull out some water, and offers some to the two bug pokemon of hers. [break][break]

The rock suddenly moves, causing her to spill a bit of her water from the bottle. At this, she jolts off the slab of what she thought was a rock, only to find a Crustle raising from its nap. Ayame stares at it, in slight surprise, before slowly reaching for a pokeball. Honestly, it probably turned into a habit. The little guy seemed a bit angry, though. But.. What was he gonna do? Smack her with the rock? (It would probably hurt, so lets not delve into that). [break][break]

Ah, but that rock typing would be trouble for her now, wouldn't it? "Suiren, attract." she calls, and the butterfly sends little hearts towards the rock crab pokemon. Hermit? Something of the ilk. The pokemon falls in love with her pretty little butterlfy, and Ayame gently taps it with a pokeball before getting up to gently brush the dirt off of herself.

Like her partner, she wore a mask. [break][break]

One that covered her face a fair amount. She quietly follows behind, with the same, composed smile across her lips. For the time being, she stays silent whilst watching events unfold before her. On one end, she wanted to threaten the man. Threaten him so badly, that he wouldn't be able to raise his voice against the two of them. But on the other hand, she felt the vibe that the woman gave off-- Pandora, was it? She didn't seem to have her heart in it; a shame, really. [break][break]

The man sent out his pokemon - two of which weren't threatening in the slightest, in spite of their glares. Nevertheless, Ayame listens, quietly, as her partner asserts herself to the man. It didn't work, and left with the man screaming empty threats and fantasies. Her eyes follow the woman as she steps away; the words uttered was the only green light she needed while stepping up. She held that same smile - a smile that held nothing behind it. [break][break]

".. Empty words won't convince anyone~" she chimes, softly, as she turns to face the store owner behind the counter. "Then go. Sic your pokemon on us." She shrugs her shoulders. Her hand reaches to her belt to slip a pokeball into her hand. A dark glare can be seen under the mask, while being paired with a slightly eager smile, in spite of the maintained composure and gentleness in her voice. "We'll take one of your pokemon as payment. If you don't comply, we'll pick on our own. My beautifly will suck everything out from it; no blood will be left. You can watch as the pokemon squirms, and as it cries out for your help. You won't be able to help, because you'll be pinned down, eyes open, as your pokemon is reduced to nothing but a dried up, hallow sack." [break][break]

She hums softly, watching as the man's expression falters. If not from the threat, it was from the morbidity of it. Yet, though shaken, he screamed "You're fucking sick" back at her. Though it wasn't a desired outcome, she shrugged her shoulders and backed up, slightly. She turns her attention back to Pandora, although gave the man a side glance. "See? Words are hopeless~.." So she says, tossing a pokeball into the air to reveal a cute little beautifly at her side. [break][break]

With the tilt of her head, she points over to the mightyena. "Permission to carry out my threat on the dark pokemon?"
