Remington grew up as a child who lived a rather simple and quiet life in Dewford Town. [break][break] Besides the company of his childhood friend, Remy didn't have much going on for him at an early age besides studying. [break][break] His parents were quite strict, some would say overbearing. And demanded the best out of their eldest son. To both set an example for his siblings as well as give them something to live vicariously through. [break][break] Pushed to overachieve — Remington soon had very little time to play or enjoy life. Instead forced to buckle down and study to get into a good school and get a good job. [break][break] Because of this, he grew distant from all his friends — including his best friend. Becoming closed off and cold. Before he knew it in a blink of an eye, Remington was an adult who long since forgot what it was like to savor life. [break][break] Now far too focused on his career as a newly established officer. He finds himself once again put under pressure. [break][break] Not just by his overdemanding parents — but his peers as well as his own perfectionism. However, there is only so much one man can take. Before he buckles under the weight of his own expectations. [break][break] It's only a matter of when. [break][break] misc. • has a million and one habits and all of them are bad. he's addicted to alcohol, smoking, coffee, and recently energy drinks. anything to edge off the stress.[break][break] • despite giving off the attitude of someone who's always clean and in control, remy is very disorganized. his room often looks like a hurricane ran through it. especially the days he's too exhausted to fix it up, which is most days.[break][break] • wanted to become a ranger. however, his parents demanded him to become a police officer, instead. he's still quite salty about it.[break][break] • despite upholding the law, remy isn't afraid to mingle with criminal elements or do offhanded tactics to achieve a goal. some would say he's borderline crooked at times.
