° Son of Lorenzo DaCosta - founder and creator of "Lionguard Private Securities" as well as various businesses specializing in things such as entertainment, confections, and even toys.

° Studied at Paldea University for three years - dedicating his studies to Ancient History and Archeology. However, dropped out due to familial reasons that required his presence back home.

° Comes from an incredibly old and wealthy background that dates back centuries. The DaCosta were even said to have once been Paldean nobility in ancient times according to some storied records.

° Is quite skilled at cooking and baking - though he hasn't pursued any professional culinary studies. He is known to be quite the home cook - due to having been taught by personal chefs that worked for his family, which hailed from across the world.

° There are rumors that Elio is dating someone, though who they are is currently unknown.

° Elio had one past girlfriend who he was put together with out of a contractual engagement, though they were good friends. When her family betrayed Team Rocket, they were executed for their crimes. Elio was personally tasked with killing his former lover, which deeply traumatized him.

° His current girlfriend is Genevieve Cromwell and one he finds himself deeply infatuated with. He even has thoughts of someday marrying her, if she accepts him and his affiliations. He has no doubt in his mind that he wants to spend the rest of his life with her.

He wishes to kill his father, Lorenzo DaCosta out of a desire for pure revenge after the man caused the death of his mother. He intends to take over the DaCosta family after he succeeds his patriarch and establish it into the proper image he believes it deserves.
