Two hundred and thirty years before the fall of the Republic there was an era of peace. An era of mighty heroes fighting for a shining Republic meant to last for centuries. It was a time when the light of the Jedi was still strong in the galaxy, when the Republic had not yet become corrupt from the inside out. This era of peace and reconstruction after the Sith wars was broken by the Great Disaster at Hetzal Prime when a vessel collided with another in hyperspace and shot out a cloud of deadly light-speed debris. The Jedi performed a miracle at Hetzal and averted disaster, but with it came news of the people who started it. The Nihil, raiders and pirates with a bone to pick with both the Jedi and the Republic. Can the light of the Jedi light the dark and restore peace to this era, or will the savage attacks from the Nihil prove too much? What truly lurks in the unexplored space within the Outer Rim...?

Light and Life is a newly opened Star Wars RP set during the High Republic era, set in 231 BBY between the Light of the Jedi novel and the Rising Storm. As the Jedi help the Republic to expand in to the Outer Rim and fight to protect the civilians caught in the Nihil's crosshairs there is room for any Star Wars adventure you can think of! Smuggling runs dodging Nihil raiding parties and Republic inspectors, Jedi duels with formidable opponents, starfighter battles, anything you can plot!
