After catching the little surprise, he was running short on time.

It just so happened that the Lucario had decided to turn around and head back to where Lars and Ro were now ruminating over their latest capture when a loud buzzing noise caught their attention.

The Metagross barely had time to look up and see that there was a pink blur headed their way, and it was very angry.

A sudden Poison Sting came from out of nowhere, intent on stabbing itself into the Metagross, but Lars had other ideas.

Dodging out of the way, the hulking beast then took aim and released a powerful blast of Psychic energy, stopping it almost dead in mid-air.

At the same time, the Lucario came in with a sudden slapping Quick Attack, to smack it down and out of the air.

Irritated, the pink blur then attempted to use an Acrobatics attack on the Metagross, only for it to get smacked in the face with a point-blank Meteor Mash attack.

“Wow, you two. Calm down,” he remarked, dropping the last Safari Ball atop the Gligar’s passed-out form.
