This was planning out like some giant game of chance, they were little pawn upon the board which was slowly being lit on fire. What seemed like the glimmering light of salvation before them would turn pale, only to cast a light of under whelming darkness. Those unlucky enough to have made it past the tree line had been left with a terror more unspeakable then what currently faced the rest, however there lone suffering could only be felt by the few who had been unfortunate enough to be within distance of there fellow human beings. As if the growing nightmare couldn’t haven found a better time to shock the lot of them, tombstones were plotted around the various muck of landscape which graced the front of there shining light. Name after name carved deep into the stone, it was rather surreal to have read her name up on a cold slab of rock. The vast majority of the surviving had managed to reach what appeared to be gate leading into the front of the castle, it seemed far to easy of a battle to have made it to the boss’s lair so unharmed.

Screams fill the air as the trap had been sprung, calling forth something just as hideous as there first opponent. Hordes of undead descended upon the group claiming a few who had straggled behind, before them a gate stood way to there only hope of survival from the massive horde. As if the gods had deemed them unworthy it was sure that the lot of them would die, mauled to death by the jaws of rotting flesh. Just as quickly as the luck they had accumulated had begun to run out a creature from the darkness had appeared as if to aid them. Its rasp of a voice calling out for help before succumbing to the wickedness before it. What little moment of relief any of them had felt was all but drown out by the returning venture of the horde. Her neck ached from the quickness she had begun to turn it, casing her vision from the gate to the horde behind them. Thankfully someone was able to process a thought and had started to work on any stratagy to get the gate open, brave souls had also stepped forward to put up any line of defense to allow the others to work. Knowing she would be no use to anyone in her current state Natsuki had opted to take a stance with a few of the others hoping that in some way she could help if any to defend against the growing numbers still emerging from the woods. Pulling the remaining three balls from her waist Natsuki called forth her remaining pokemon.

Managing to free herself from the tentacle which had ensnared her, the vision of lights causing shadows all around her. It seemed some had been able to charge forth with attacks while others were left to save themselves from disaster. Suddenly a large ball of light illuminates a path further ahead outlining someone in its wake, they call out to everyone in an attempt to gather everyone left alive. A good plan but Natsuki still felt a little bad about leaving anyone who needed her help, though if she were to get caught again there would be no help for either of them. Deciding it was better to join the regroup Natsuki headed off in the direction of the castle, there was no way she was being left behind to fend for herself again.

From what she could tell from the dim light that surrounded them there were things moving around in the ground below them, though still unable to fully make out what was going on Natsuki used the small bit of light she had been given to at least stand up. Making out more bodies now though none of there faces were clear enough from her position to make out clear distinctions between anyone, the call of a few voices let her know there were at least both male and female alike along with there Pokemon. The small bit of peace that had surrounded her once a bit of light had come forth had now been replaced with pure terror as a few people began to shriek, it seemed that the moving bit of earth were actually...tentacles surrounding them. She could only stand and watch helplessly as the last bits of human flesh were dragged under the wet earth. It had only gotten worse as the poor Pokemon who had been caught were subsequently pulled apart like some dark old world movie. The air was thick with a red mist, had she been closer to those people or had her Pokemon been roaming around, her body gave an involuntary shutter at the mere thought of it.

Her body frozen the only thing she could possibly think of was that if they were to at least make it to the clearing they would be out of harms way? It mattered not as another creature found its way to the surface, tentacles started from the earth and encased her. If she had been able to process no doubt she would have screamed, however it seemed none of her limbs wanted to listen to her command. With a sheer bit of luck however she had finally managed to force her hand to grab at one the balls at her side. Quickly she released Roran her Zoroark “NIGHT SLASH” she had finally been able to call out.

Her body lunged upwards from the ground her palms pushing down into the clammy dirt below, the loud pounding of her heart beat seemed to drown out anything else. The darkness that surrounded her had given her the mild illusion that she had fallen asleep somewhere among the house, though the moment her fingers had flexed the pull of soft wet dirt had clued her in. without any memory of how she had managed to get outside, the only vibrant reminder that before her eyes had closed the distinct memory of something lurking. Sucking in a few quick breaths of air Natsuki did her best to calm the pounding her of heart, the faint muffled moans of something around her could now be heard. They sounded human like though with such a lack of light and the eerie way she had found herself here, well anything could have been waiting for her. It wasn’t long before bits of light began to spark throughout what she could now tell was a forest of some sort, Pokemon being called forth from trainers circling around her. At some point a voice had asked the question that was on everyone’s mind just exactly where were we, there was no point however in calling her own Pokemon. None could light the way and well she didn’t want whatever was lurking to see what she had up her sleeve just yet.
