The Delcatty appears like a storm, almost. A normal-type it may have been, but it could put some ghosts to shame with how it managed to sneak up on Katherine and her partner.

Unfortunately, pulling off such a stunt cannot go unnoticed. Amethyst breathes an ICY WIND that threatens to freeze the cat into a solid block of ice, quite literally turning the feline into a statue. “Now, was that really necessary, Amethyst?”

By the sound of their chuckle, it sounded like it was.

Katherine shakes her head for a few moments before tossing a Pokeball to capture the frozen victim.
