He had business here today. With a gaze at his partner, he took out her pokéball and returned her. After checking out the place, he headed inside, finding a few other people present that seemed like lambs that were waiting for slaughter.[break]
Lucian narrowed his eyes a little when the man called them ‘fresh meat’, not particularly liking being called that. As he looked around, he saw a couple of nervous faces. Perhaps people that had no idea what they were getting themselves into. Did he belong to those people? He wasn’t too sure. The tanned man picked one of the seats in the grey room, sitting down comfortably as he crossed one leg over the other. His yellow eyes scanned the room, ending up at the man that had told them to take a seat. As he waited, he folded his arms together, letting a soft sigh escape his lips. Perhaps this was the new beginning he had been craving for.
