It’s a beautiful night to be scouting for pokemon, and it’s exactly what Katherine sets out to do when she exits her apartment. Traveling along with her devoted companion, Amethyst the Sableye, the two scour Mauville’s dark, shadow-infested land.

It was quite contradicting that her favorite time of the day happened to be the night itself, but Katherine herself was full of contradictions that battled against each other.

At this point, none of them came as a surprise.

“What do you think we’re going to find, Amethyst?”

A Furret is the answer.

The normal-type reveals itself, eventually, once the sound of its HYPER VOICE echoes throughout the area and alarms both Katherine, her Sableye, and plenty of other, poor sleeping victims to shift their attention to it. It demanded a captivated audience, pleading from the nearby Pokemon (and Katherine) to FOLLOW IT.

Unfortunately, the Sableye it happened to stumble upon was anything but kind and gracious. The screech alone is a good enough excuse for Sableye to lash out and ZEN HEADBUTT the hell out of the loud Furret.

When it faints, it does so with an exasperated cry. Katherine is only able to roll her eyes before hurling a Pokeball in the direction of the downed Pokemon.
