Born at sea, raised on a boat, and settled in Pacifidlog Town -- Peggie Vela has never been far from the sea, and its influence is clear. She is free-spirited, constantly moving, and defined by a temper as dangerous as the tides.

After her father was arrested under a litany of charges she was forced to fend for herself, and in a bid to do just that she joined up with Team Rocket. She's a hard and single-minded worker -- traits that alongside her youth and fire have drawn the attention of underboss Gavin Merlino, who personally oversees her training.

In battle Vela is defined by her specialization in water-types and a ruthless, non-stop offense that forces her opponents to fight at her pace.
