Looming over most other boats in the Lilycove docks, the former war ship known as the Sotally Tober bobs gently in calm ocean waters. Sails furled and tucked away, at first sight it seems as if the ship doesn't see much use - certainly not as a war ship. Any sailor worth their salt, however, would notice the painstakingly polished hull glinting under the Hoennian sun. It quickly becomes obvious that this ship is well-loved and well cared for.

If one were to ask, the local fishermen would be happy to tell of one Captain Skyler Dross. 'A local,' they would agree, nodding their heads, 'took to the sea as a wee child and never really left.' Laughter would then bubble forth as several voices joined in. 'Also good for a drink or two!' 'Or three!' 



Salt stained wood stretches over the entirety of the Sotally Tober's deck. Although somewhat of an old-fashioned choice (along with the mast and the sails), it blends seamlessly with the modern technology aboard the ship. Despite being a former war ship, harpoon guns peek out from behind the ship's railings, apparently ready to be used at any given moment. 

The bridge is a comparatively small room - and probably the most important. This is where the captain commands the ship using modern navigational equipment while wide windows offer an unimpeded view of the majority of the vessel. 

If one looks closely enough, they will be able to spot several darker stains in the wood along the ship's railings - a remembrance of those that lost their lives aboard the Sotally Tober in the Lilycove Warfront.


Since acquiring the Sotally Tober following the war, Captain Skyler Dross has converted a part of the ship into a small apartment where she now resides. The living area is pretty much devoid of decoration save for a few ocean related knick-knacks that Skyler has collected throughout the years - and a tiny (attempted) terrarium where a morelull lives. Despite this, there is always something out of place in the apartment, be it a jacket haphazardly thrown over the couch or a pair of shoes right by the entrance. Wide, reinforced windows look out over the ocean, framed by navy curtains that rarely hide the view, bathing the small apartment with golden sunlight.

The apartment's tiny kitchen is usually either gathering dust or a chaotic mess of pans and pots and splattered bits of... unknown substances whenever Skyler actually makes an attempt at cooking. Fortunately, she has since acquired a cook.
