He was on standby until further notice... But that didn't really mean he couldn't do some independent work of his own. A little pidgey had let him know that the Blackmarket was suddenly in a frenzy for Dragon type pokemon...

So it was time to lay some bait and figure out what was going on in that den of scum and villainy.
