Oh gosh, knocked out pokemon on the field! "Gardevoir!" she called out as her assistant teleported to her side and then over to metang and teleported the pokemon off the field towards her trainer and began to use heal pulse on the pokemon to try and wake it up from it's forced sleep. However back to the battle! Melody admired how far the opposing team's pokemon was willing to go for them both. "I'm impressed with your performance, if it wasn't for the fact that my hair was on the line I'd have let you guys have the win.. However.." she said with an intense look on her face "This battle is mine! Dragalge!" she said as dragalge was going to attack but suddenly it collapsed onto the floor and gardevoir came and scooped up the pokemon with some quick teleports as well. Oh fuck, did he take too much damage only manage to hold out until now? "Well I'll be damned!" she said "It's all up to you now sweetie!" she said looking to the little girl, her excitement matching the little girl's [break][break]

"Mismagius! Phantom force!" she almost practically screeched. as the mismagius dissapeared and then opened up a portal right in front of absol and came out swinging as she tackled the Pokémon with her body hoping to knock it out.

Cardamom and Luke let out a simultaneous cheer as Dragalge collapsed. "It's down to one-on-one!" exclaimed Cardamom, hopping up and down excitedly.[break][break]
"Yeah! You can do it, Nash!" cheered Luke, encouraging the Absol on. Nash lowered his head to face his opponent-and then she suddenly vanished. He tried to spin around to try and spot her again, but she appeared behind him and struck before he could even turn around. Despite the low effectiveness of the move, Nash was close enough to fainting that that did him in.[break][break]
"Awwww...still, we did pretty good, didn't we?" asked Luke, even as he went to get Nash recalled.[break][break]
"Yeah, we did," agreed Cardamom. The way this tournament worked, she'd get the badge either way, after all. Besides, it would probably make the little girl pretty happy to win a fight alongside her idol.

Melody stayed silent, watching the two talk and interact with one another when she felt a pull to walk towards them. Melody crouched down to the little girl "Go to your momma ok? I'll be RIGHT back." she said patting the girl on the head and sending her off. Melody approached them both and put on hand on her hip while the other hung loose, shifting her weight to one leg. "You both put quite the pressure on me back there, aiming for my dragalge was a smart move. On top of that you even managed to knock him out, if it wasn't for my partner I would've totally lost. You've put a lot of work into your pokemon. "[break][break]

With her free hand she dug into her pocket and pulled something hidden out from within. "I can tell you put in a lot of work into your pokemon, even giving them their own names so." she said crouching down to their level if she was taller than them "I'm gonna give you both the badge to share." she said "I hope to see you guys continue to grow as trainers and represent hoenn's best interests." and gave her biggest smile as she ran back over to the little girl to find her mom.
