Melody and Rowan face off in her gym challenge. Yet in the crowd of people, Theo and gavin however watch from the crowd. Observing her battle to formulate tactics to kidnap her before Sootopolis takeover.

Melody Matias and Dahlia have a meeting to discuss what happen in Primal. Matias is temporarily suspended as an Elite 4 member and Melody is upset with Dahlia for not taking more dramatic measures. Melody reveals her deal with Cobalion to punish people who mistreat pokemon.
Melody alongside cobalion bring Relicanth to Eva to try and save him. Melody talks with Mew and Cobalion while Relicanth dies during surgery. The black veins that sprouted from Melody's body during Primal reveal themselves again to Eva this time and she runs away. Eva deciding to honor Hippa laws.
Melody is summoned by illeana to run so medical tests to assist with Melody's "migraines" Illeana discovers the Neurotoxin in her body and reports it to Dahlia Goode.
Melody seeks out Angelo and Skyler's assistance to find Relicanths home to properly bury it. They instill the notion in her of not trusting the league as entirely as she had before.
Melody's symptoms worsen during cyberchase as her memory loss starts to affect her even worse. However there was an idea instilled in her during it because of it.
Dahlia summons Melody to the league Laboratories to check Melody for signs of the neurotoxin. Misunderstandings ensue.
After the misunderstandings in Changing Tides, Melody runs away. Escaping the league facilities and running off. Dahlia charges Kyle and Matias with bringing Melody back. The fellow swords of justice members track Melody back to her condemned gym building in Sootopolis where Rowan is patrolling to keep out people who would try and vandalize it.
