Ah, well, she might as well screw with one more person. Vio probably would not win, but that did not matter. Not winning so far had earned her a badge, somehow, quite a bit of fun, multiple wallets full of cash and at least a bit of experience. But she could do one more, why not. There were a lot of desperate people looking for last minute matches, so she just put herself at one of those little arenas and waited for someone to approach her.

One could call it a trap, really, only she didn’t have anything to spring here.

Ohey, a pretty girl. Had a bit of a fashionista look to her, really, but that was the clear opposite of the one that Vio was still peeved about, so she took that as eye candy, if nothing else. “I’m Violet. And I take it you are looking for a battle here,” she replied, chuckling briefly, then she thought about that question momentarily.

“Nothing in particular,” came the ultimate answer. She honestly never had anything specific in mind with these fights. “Just show me what you got in, say, some sort of double battle. Those are less chaotic but still more interesting than vanilla one on one.”

“Funny, I was thinking the same thing,” she replied, before sending out two Pokemon of her own. Aegislash and Golett took the field, two ghosts, together at last. One could fly, one was lumbering but sturdy, but they would work together today. Probably.

Though, admittedly, she had not used performance enhancing berries beforehand. Those two would just have to do with what they had. A balanced breakfast, regular exercise, and the fact that they were technically dead and probably did not need either of those things. “I would say we start this then, dear.” Well, at least this part of the interaction. The battle was usually the most boring part, in her opinion.

Well, they went toxic. But she had a shield. A flying one, one that could think. And one that was already on its way, before she even ordered it. “King’s Shield,” she called out to the Aegislash, which assumed shield form and positioned itself between the Golett and the two toxic hooligans.

Naturally, that would not work forever. But Golett also prepared, by using Iron Defense in the time Aegislash bought it. Might as well have these things run into a brick wall of ectoplasm, if they were such toxic fighters. That would teach them to be nicer to their opponents then.

The aegislash managed to cover for the golett, damn! Melody was perplexed on what to do, the ghost typing would block her boom burst, the Golett's ground would block the overdrive..Fuck it![break][break]

"Taunt! Hex! keep it up!" she ordered trying to keep her opponent on the defensive end of the battle as her toxtricities were meant to cover each other's weaknesses. Toxtricity aimed a taunt at the aegislash and they also aimed the hex at it as well.

Good, good, they both ran into Aegishlash. That should neuter their attacks for a bit. In the meantime, Golett used Iron Defense again to stack that, which hopefully would make it even harder to damage than Aegislash.

The latter was Hexed and Taunted, which coupled with one another caused it to quickly go Sword Form again and slash at the leftmost Toxcricity with its Sacred Sword immediately. They both seemed the same, after all, so it was picked mostly at random. And since her Pokemon were already doing what she wanted, Vio did not have much to do other than watch the spectacle.

Melody's pokemon got weakened by the king's shield but that wouldn't stop them for long! Toxtricity amped form threw up a protect to stop the attacks from hitting either of them and then the low key form. [break][break]
Then the lowkey toxtricity dashed towards the golett and fired off a poison jab at it and allowed the poison to splash onto the pokemon as it tried to poison him.

One attack blocked, the other coming through. Sadly, the distribution was not in her favour. But well enough. Aegislash would simply turn around and Sky Ace the one that had not just attacked her, while Golett tried to Mega Punch back the one that had just punched it. This was turning into another messy melee again, like so many of her battles. But she probably should be able to make it.

After all, even poisoned, Golett was quite sturdy now, and Aegislash was tough too. Unless these mons were just leagues above her own in training, they should win a battle of attrition.
Probably. They would see.

Toxtricity got sent back a little bit from the mega punch as he formed an x to try and block it. On top of that the aerial ace also landed on toxtricity since his protect was down. [break][break]

"Now! Hex on golett and you cover your brother with throat chop on aegislash!" she ordered as the two swapped opponents and fired off their attacks, moving as naturally as possible since they were both trained together.

Hah. They double-teamed one brother, with the long, phallic object coming from behind and the strong, muscular arm from the front. If they weren’t ghosts, this could have probably gotten somewhat steamy. However, ghosts were somewhat inherently sexless, even though most still had genders, so she did not even try to make fun of this.

Instead, she wondered how the throat of a Sword could be chopped. “Sacred Sword and Shadow Punch, concentrate on the injured one,” she ordered, and her ghastly force obliged swiftly. Well, as swiftly as Golet could, really. It was a bit on the slow side, after all.
