For once, Mattie was down a route that didn't have the usual Pokemon he was interested in. This time, he thought he'd look for something more metal - literally.

With his Rhyhorn by his side, the two made their way through the outskirts of Fallarbor Town to Route 113, where sitings of steel and fighting types had been seen.

He figured it would at least be an interesting day.

Leave it to Mattis to think that something like Scrafty was really cute. The creature had little grimacing-looking teeth and looked annoyed. But that made her look funny.

"How about a Scrafty on the team?" he asked his Rhyhorn, who didn't really seem to care either way.

He received a small huff in return before he took an empty ball, throwing it to the Scrafty.
