Good luck getting your youngest brother out of his room.

As it was, Siri didn’t want to come out whenever everyone else was awake; he would sneak out during the evenings to grab food and retreat back into the safety of the four walls of his sanctuary.

Thank hell there was a bathroom in the room—it was a bit of a mess, as always.

So there he was, sprawled out on the bed, hanging off the edge slightly, feet up against the wall. There was nothing to be done online today, so he was literally dying of boredom.

which is part of the reason why he has a bit of money saved up. they don't eat out much, and when they do, it's rarely at the fanciest of places. most of the time it's food trucks.

If there was one thing he was good at, it was making bets (and subsequently winning them).

At the mention of burgers, though, he blinked.

“That’s it? Just down by the beach? Any other food ideas you have in mind?”

“You chicken.”

With a grunt and a huff, he finally unpretzeled himself from the bed and stood up—just like the weed that he was, his older brother towered over him like a giant.

“Fine, fine, lemme just grab my jacket and shit,” he conceded with a grumble as he reached towards the gaming chair where he’d left his favored jacket hung over on one side.

His gaze idly went to the weird chia pet thing that one of his friends back in Canalave had gotten for him before they were unceremoniously uprooted and moved all the way out here to Hoenn, and cringed. Shit, why was it looking a little… dried out?

“Gimme a bit.”

With that he grabbed the glass of water he’d left on the desk and ‘watered’ (more like drowned but who cares) the strange potted ‘plant’ on his desk before finally grabbing his sneakers.

“Lead the way to your best food. Impress me.”

Because Siri here was a snarky judge of burgers, too.
