A name well-heard of across various regions, both in underground and other societies alike; a bounty hunter who's known only by her moniker and the credibility she holds to get the job done, no matter the cost. [break][break]

Yvaine Varron, the Monarch's true identity, and the best-kept secret she was ever meant to keep. Known only to two others; her father and fellow bounty hunter, Dwayne "Black Hornet" Varron, and Katarina Dewi, the latter through her family's debt to the woman, of which the details have been kept rather vague.

With no mother or any other family in the picture, Dwayne aspired to turn his daughter into his greatest creation, and from an early age started drilling her in the arts of survival, tracking, hunting, and close-combat fighting. During her teens studies and additional precision and anatomy classes were interwoven with the rest of her training, including the basic knowledge of most known pokémon; after all, she had to know what exactly she'd be hunting. The year she turned 20 Yvaine was finally taught how to make her own contacts, already having made her debut three years earlier with contracts procured through her father.

From there on out "Monarch" truly set her moniker into stone, when -against all odds- completing a botched mission after the rest of her team had turned on her and gone rogue. The near loss and resulting hetorochromia of her right eye one of the few proofs of what sacrifices she's willing to make.
