When was the last time she'd seen her parents? It'd been years. Jayda felt a touch bad for having abandoned them for so long but she never really could catch a proper break with her work. Military life always had her on the move. One place after the other, another mission. Still, that life was behind her now and she was more than happy to see her loved ones once more.

When she'd walked in the door unannounced her father practically had a heart attack as he nearly knocked over every piece of furniture in the room as he tore his way towards her. Of course the commotion had summoned the attention of her mother, usually stoic and full of steel. But even today with Jayda's own surprise she could see a crack in the exterior.

Jayda was glad to be home, nearly tearing up as she embraced her parents tightly. In all their excitement due to her surprise arrival they had failed to mention that her older brother had also dropped by for a bit. After putting some of her things away in one of their spare bedrooms she decided to walk around to get some fresh air before lunch.

Finally getting the chance to stretch her legs after a long day of traveling did the body good. Ajay stretched as she walked along the trail on 116, her Lucario walked alongside her. However as they continued their little trek she spied a familiar tint of red hair. Dropping her arms to her side in surprise she called out, "Senon?"

It really was her brother. She knew this even before he had turned around. But she certainly wasn't prepared to face him once he had finally turned around. Time truly waited for no one. When was the last time she'd seen Senon? While she made a point to send letters to her parents keeping up with brother dearest hadn't been at the forefront of her mind, unfortunately.

Some of that was intentional, still harboring childish grudges and all, but she also was just busy. Juggling her work for the League and Rocket was no easy task. Especially since more and more was constantly being added to her plate from both sides. Before she knew it months had melted into years.

But here he was in all his goofy glory, staring back at her just as shocked as she seemed to be. Dramatically clutching his chest he stubbled back, "MEDIC!" he exclaimed before he fell back on his back. Jayda chuckled as she watched him with a raised eyebrow. His comedic representation seemed to fit the bill of a certain character from one of their parents old television shows.

With one hand on her hip she rolled her eyes as she walked closer to him. Squatting down beside him she glanced over at Osiris and hummed. "What do you think?" 'siris snorted which caused her to grin. "That's what I was thinking." she said as she reached down and place two trained fingers on her brother's neck to check his pulse.

That's when she spied the Helioptile creeping on them, believing it was hidden even though it was in plain sight. "Well, you know what I always say," she says with a coy smile on her lips, "Nothing like a little shock therapy to get the body in working order~" she purred as she gently pat Senon on the cheek.

"Don't you worry, Doc will have you patched up soon enough. It'll only tingle...a lot." Her grin was devious as she snapped to Osiris signaling him to move in on the unsuspecting visitor they had. He was fast, so fast it was almost like he had vanished out of thin air.

He appeared behind the little helioptile prepared to launch a sneak attack but faltered at the last moment because it was so cute. Jayda shook her head but tossed a pokeball at it anyway before turning her attention back to her brother. "Hope you're ready~"
