The flow of time has passed since the accident within the Arceus Church and time has passed since her face got destroyed, Kano has been contemplating what she needs to be a field scientist - As she starts to find that holing herself up inside her laboratory would only lead her to nothing. After giving some thought, Kano arrives at the answer of stamina and self-defense technique. While she is a researcher, she can't trust herself to do a self-study regarding that matter. Hence, why she decides to exploit the human resource that is offered by Rocket. Sure, from many members within this organization there should be at least one that could teach her what she needs. After giving some research, then she manages to pick a person. Someone that is also involved in that accident in the past and the person that she borrows a pokemon for the sake of Exodus - Cillian Quinn. Kano has politely forwarded a message to him regarding her problem and the desire for him to teach her some self-defense techniques. With all of that, Kano stands, waiting, in the training facility complete with her helmet that softly glows purple light and a rather thick heavy jacket.
