Excavator's Expedition!

[nospaces] [attr="class","omgen"] [attr="class","omgentop"]EXCAVATOR'S EXPEDITION  [attr="class","omgenmid"] MORE ROLLS THAN A BAKERY YO SCHEDULED END: ... February? A TREASURE CHASE
It's not particularly long after the pitfall incident that a majority of the five who'd fallen make their way back up—some by their own means, all of them needing to dodge a hail of stones and gems from the Magnezone's playful flight—however, as paxton concordas stays back to inspect the abandoned room, seeming to look for what had blown the bubbles everywhere... he finds what he's looking for, a small hole in the earth. Yet, as if someone had been watching—or the universe decided to play a prank on him—it seemed he'd managed to step upon the pressure plate that had activated it in his investigations, earning himself a face full of bubbles![break][break]
Nonetheless, for those above the pitfall, it's Hideo Kino('s Lycanroc), Martín del Mar, and Locke Jamison whom notice Adrian Malcolm's Sableye slinking away, the spritely thing seeming to have caught interest in another means of treasure. Upon further inspection, the small creature laughing in a sinister manner as it seems to be sneaking up on... what seemed like a mound of bright ore?[break][break]
Whatever it had been, the strangest thing had happened! When the Sableye had begun getting closer to it, it had started shaking! In fact, this mound of ore hadn't been any regular mound of ore, it was in fact a Carbink! The poor carbuncle frightened at the looming, hungry stare of the gem-eyed shadow, it had immediately taken flight, floating away in an effort to avoid the Sableye![break][break]
As your eyes follow this little chase, you seem to notice bits of debris falling off the poor Carbink! A handful of spheres, and... a PECULIAR CRYSTAL, FIRE STONE, ICE STONE, and WATER STONE! The Sableye's chase is quickly diverted by the sudden treasure trove! Its hungry eyes seeming to catch the peculiar crystal, as it jumped at it, claiming it as its own prize! Meanwhile, the Carbink had floated off down a dark tunnel.[break][break]
It seems that luka chêne's efforts hadn't gone to waste, the very same tunnel that the Carbink had fled through seeming to veer upwards with a first glance! At first it may not have been quite so obvious but... after a moment, you swear you could almost feel a BREEZE stirring near the tunnel. It doesn't take long for Cat to come along!

"Something the matter, Miss Cheen--? Er, Chêne! Sorry!" she'd asked, though fumbling the pronunciation, clearing her throat with a slight red in her cheeks at her fumbled words, Cat had slowly picked up on what you'd noticed as well, her eyes lighting up as she scrambled back to the cliff side, she'd called out as loud as she could muster, hands cupped like some sort of megaphone,[break][break]
"MISTER ANGELO, MISS DROSS, WE'RE GETTING READY TO GO!" [break][break]
The young explorer had smiled back to the expedition, she'd had a good feeling about this! Yet, in her haste she'd failed to really put across what discovery Miss Chêne had made, with a quick "gimme a sec! But get ready to get movin'!" Cat had disappeared down the tunnel, leaving her Perrserker with the rest of the expedition. Though the celestial trio had quickly followed after Catalina, or at least, the Minior had, the little meteorite being followed by its guardians to keep it safe![break][break]
However, it doesn't take too long, no more than a handful of minutes for Catalina to come back—without the celestial friends—but nonetheless, very excited! Shortly after, angelo vestri and skyler dross had finally returned from their Icarian ventures, netting themselves a brilliant FIRE STONE for their troubles.[break][break]
"This way! This way!" Cat had said bounding with energy and a brilliant smile!
REST & RELAXATION
As you follow Catalina, you feel as though you're led quite a ways away, climbing upwards, downwards, the strange tunnel veering left, then right, it almost feels like at some point you should have gone full circle! Yet, as the expedition continues forward, Cat at the lead, and her Perrserker holding up the rear, making sure any stragglers get by safely... you eventually stumble upon a strange sight. A strange... veil of colour that seems to intrude upon your path, yet, despite its existence, you notice the young Galarian girl humming as she simply walks through it, only turning to insist that you hurry along![break][break]
As you take the final plunge, just a little further ahead, there's more dark tunnel down your path... yet some may notice the sound of running water, and a gentle, warm breeze. The expedition slowly continues forward, and you see LIGHT. The tunnel slowly opens up, revealing a large expanse, an underground lake of limestone, pools formed in a beautiful cascade, the shores lined with jutting ores of beautiful stones. As you reach the shoreline of the underground lake, you notice a handful of things.[break][break]
Within the crystal clear waters, you see a glimmer, in fact, plenty! As you find that littering the waters of the lake are all sorts of different evolutionary gemstones! In fact, this underground lake seems to have an abundance of different ores and stones! Furthermore, you feel a nice radiating warmth and notice steam wafting from the waters, off in the distance, on the far side of the lake, you notice Medichams and Machoke enjoying the waters, in fact, you even see a Munchlax floating by along the water's surface![break][break]
It's at this point that you notice another detail, above the underground lake was a wide opening, where light had come filtering down from, a way out! Yet... perhaps it couldn't hurt to rest for a little bit in this wonderful relaxing spring? You most certainly deserved it after everything you'd went through during the expedition![break][break]
It's at this point that the Minior and its companion Solrock and Lunatone come floating by the expedition, the Minior in question bouncing about happily as it seems glad to have found its way out! Bouncing around luka chêne in particular whom it seemed to have felt a friendship with in particular! It seems joyous to be free! Yet... its jovial mood seems to slowly come to a halt, the Minior realises something... that this'd be good bye to the Solrock and Lunatone, and to the expedition team! The Minior seems almost attached! Yet, all good things must come to an end, and it knows that, perhaps now's your opportunity to say your farewells!
