The first thing he’d encountered would be—

“Huh,” was all he would say, blinking at the sight of the strange, jelly-like Pokémon.

However, though, he was reminded right then and there of a certain someone that… had one of these.

Shaking his head, he bit his lip and turned away from the Duosion, taking another path and making sure that he didn’t suddenly walk off a random ledge.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the Pokémon he was looking for! It looked really cool, though.

“Maybe next time,” he muttered quietly as he left the silent Golurk alone to its own devices. When he would see the Pokémon he was looking for, he would immediately know.

Shrugging his shoulders, he then realized that the pile of sand would most likely be something that was possessed—and it was probably a bad idea to yank the handle sticking out of the top of the pile of sand.

Yeah, that was going to be a bad idea.

He then continued deeper into the fog.
