As swiftly as they had begun to traverse the snow, Yoshiro heels her Arcanine abruptly once they break the treeline, his breath steaming in the air as they round on the first thing that catches her attention - lamentably, the ILLUSIONed form of Hoshiko, who looks up unrepentantly from seated on a snow-drift and snaps down another pastry in too-few bites to be proper.

All scarf and turquoise eyes and too-white smile that curls a little too wide at the edges, the Zorua flings the parchment wrapper amidst a scattering of others, and starts in on the last one gleefully.

"Get up here," Yoshiro exhales in a sigh, a similar cloud of mist rising with her words, and reaches down for the ILLUSIONed Zorua, who scrabbles up onto the Arcanine's back with her and is none-too-still as she scrubs a bit of confection from the tip of its nose. "Frosting on your nose."

At the sudden appearance of white frosting on Yoshiro's knuckle, the child-Zorua abruptly bites it, clearly intent on retrieving every last bit of its pilfered reward, and nearly earning itself a cuffing upside the head before she simply steers the Arcanine toward the SCREECHing Jangmo-o in the distance with a tired, "This is why no one likes you when you have sugar. Honestly, it's as if you were raised in a barn."

As they make swift pace toward the commotion in the distance, Yoshiro onlyl just slows Torao, sliding from his back mid-bound to command as she stalks toward her errant Jangmo-o and the stranger who he is scuffling with.

"Tatsuo," her voice rings out, firm and clear, "That is quite enough!"

With a soft, sulky, altogether guilty peep, the little dragon tears a magikarp from the end of the paper chain, peering resentfully up at the Alolan Vulpix for a solid ten seconds before starting to trudge through the snow toward Yoshiro with his apparent treasure.

A warning glance spared for the approaching Jangmo-o, Yoshiro then looks up toward the other woman and her fox, a contrite gesture offered palm's-up as she intones, "My sincere apologies. They are usually much better behaved."

Yoshiro, to her credit, blinks with an almost excrutiating slowness as she's rounded upon by the shorter Kalosian woman, her head slowly tilting to the side as if she were trying to wrap her head around being spoken to in such a manner. She seems to settle on vaguely amused, the corner of her lips twitching faintly.

"They are not. Allow me a moment to explain," Yoshiro answers smoothly, reaching into her coat for a cigarette to settle between her lips and striking a match to it soon after. Taking a brief drag, she exhales smoke to the side so as not to blow it at the stranger, and elaborates, "Tatsuo is mine." And then, as if it were polite, before putting the case of cigarettes away, "Would you like one?"

Behind her, Hoshiko's ILLUSION has shifted slightly; still in the appearance of a scarf-bedecked child where she rests upon the Arcanine's shoulders, but with a luxuriant, six-tailed ruff of white fur about the collar which she fluffs and preens while Yoshiro's back is turned. As the cigarette is lit and smoked, a tiny mimicry of the same item appears between the ILLUSIONed Zorua's fingertips, which she appears to puff on rather dramatically.

"I can tell when you're mocking me," Yoshiro informs without looking over her shoulder, to which the Zorua promply pantomimes the words without speaking, along with the appropriate facial expressions. To Gigi, she introduces, indicating the correct individual each time, "Shioda Yoshiro. This is Tatsuo, Torao, and the little beast upon his back is Hoshiko, my Zorua. Her manners leave something to be desired."

At the mention of her true form, the ILLUSION surrounding the little Zorua drops, and she walks in a dainty fashion to the thickest part of the Arcanine's mane to emit an airy little huff at the revealing of her game, puffed up tail curling around her as she looks away from the pair of trainers pointedly.

Meanwhile, the Jangmo-o stalks through the snow to deposit the folded paper magikarp upon the top of Yoshiro's boot, where he stands proudly, looking up at her as if awaiting some form of incoming praise.

"Oh." Her brow creases subtly at the appearance of the ornament, expression unreadable, though she bends to pick it up, rubbing a thumb over the ornately inked scales before it finds its way safely into the interior of her coat. Seeming to measure her words, she intones smoothly, "Thank you, Tatsuo. That was..."

She mulls over the appropriate response before settling on, "Thoughtful."

"Georgette. Hexe," Yoshiro greets in a smooth timbre, lingering a bit on the latter name. Glancing toward the sky as if to gauge the time, she nonetheless observes, "It is. And I suppose we have business to attend. We'll escort you back to the street."

Nodding back toward the street, she leads in that direction.
