Okay, to be fair—

He already had a Lilligant, but apparently there were rumors flying around that there was another version of Lilligant, but the thing is he had to wait for that next… what was it called again?

The only one he’d been in was also in this particular forest, so where was the irony in all that—

And then he caught sight of something… dirty Teetering around in some kind of drunken Dance? What the hell?

Were the Pokémon around these days acting so high, or so wasted they were literally flailing around acting like a bunch of petty—

A loud screeching noise got his attention, as this time a streak of blue came screaming down from up above—it was his Braviary, unleashing a close-range Aerial Ace attack that had very nearly knocked him off his feet!

“Whoa! Hey, Kyouya, watch it!” he shouted as he held his hands up to his face to protect from the sudden burst of wind. Either way, the Lilligant was still walking around like a drunk-ass idiot, before a sudden smattering of Leech Seeds came flying.

Only, those were knocked away with another Aerial Ace before the Braviary came in dangerously close, grabbing the Lilligant and then proceeding to fly up so high—

“Oh boy,” was all he had time to comment before the avian made like a luchador and came hurtling down from the Sky, Dropping the Lilligant at his feet.

“Well…”

He then chucked an empty Pokéball at the passed-out Lilligant.
