As if coincidental, right then and there his own stomach rumbled which caused him to blush like an embarrassed teenager.

“What the hell?!” he shrieked, before the Salamence suddenly came screaming down from the sky as a controlled peppering burst of Flamethrower at the Tarountula as it tried to aim a Skitter Smack at the aerial draconid threat.

“Oy, Gabe, don’t burn the entire place down!” he shouted as the flames bathed the poor Bug-type (was it a Bug-type? Seemed to be) before he threw a Pokéball at the poor thing before it got roasted alive.

The Salamence had chucked another burst of Flamethrower at the arthropod (was it one? Seemed like it? He wasn’t too sure about genus of Pokémon unless they were avians or Wooloo) before he turned to face his boyfriend.

“Why, where’re you taking lil’ ol’ me to lunch for?” he beamed.
