She’s always at the lab, especially these days, but that’s to be expected when considering that Team Rocket had recruited her to be one of their researchers. Then again, it had been different back then.

These days, the M.A.G.M.A Division’s logo is proudly embroidered on her lab coat, and at her personal workstation, Ceri finds herself analysing some of the recently collected samples when someone unexpected walks through the door.

THEO BECKETT is not an unfamiliar face to her either, but given the stark differences in their specialties, it’s no surprise their paths had never really crossed before.

When the vials are revealed, there’s a smile upon the researcher’s lips, because Ultra Beasts have been a fascination of hers for quite some time, and those that produce their own venom in particular.

”Awesome. That’s great, thank you so much! I actually have some samples of Poipole venom that was purified by the Tree of Life, and I’ve been dying to do some tests. Not a lot of chances to come across more venom from the species line, you know?” Yes, Ceri tends to talk a lot about the things she loves, and she sure as hell loves the study of toxins. ”Oh! Toxinology has always been Ceri's greatest fascination, and when paired for her love of Exobiology it just happens to make for the projects that interest her the most. A Naganadel's venom checks all of those boxes for her, and because THEO BECKETT is the one who has provided her with this opportunity, he quickly makes his way into Ceri's short list of Rocket higher ups that are quite alright.

"Oh, it does? How did it lose the other one, if you don't mind me asking? That's pretty interesting, though, since Ultra Beasts can, like... completely regenerate under the right circumstance, no? Like how priam conrad's Guzzy was revived using only one arm... though in that case it was mostly the Blue Mulch at work."

She shrugs, mostly voicing her thoughts out loud. Much to the regular dismay of the people around her, Ceri tends to be in the habit of talking quite a lot when it comes to the things she's excited about.
