HELLO, EVERYONE! We're entering our 7th Arc on Hoenn! The setting and timeline will be updated to reflect this. Stay tuned as we explore the year of the dragon (or draconids?), while the site narrative brings Hoenn closer and closer to unparalleled dangers.

JCINK OR PROBOARDS? We're currently deliberating upon this potential move to the Jcink platform. Jcink has several tools that allow for automation of staffwork. Of course, it also has the added benefit of more mature content being allowed. Still! Nothing is confirmed. If you have any thoughts or opinions, please let me know!

hoenn is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise.

skin is created by pharaoh leap with graphical help from red. we would like to thank leap and meulk for their additional templates (staff temp, custom pc).

next, garden/swarm spawn, ranger raid, black market, pkmn contest post templates were coded by ulla.

teal has created the wild spawn, endeavour list, league card, exhibits. he and spiral also created the gachapon script, while the former created the gachapon template.

loreq has assisted us with many quality of life changes on site involving coding fixes, plugins and more.

lav has coded in UI accessibility features on Hoenn (cogwheel icon on the navigational sidebar).

characters belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours. thank you for stopping by.

SYNOPSIS: the hoenn league has successfully diverted the 99943 meteno meteroid into an alternate universe. consequently, the region has experienced a violent planeshifting, a bombardment of terastal crystals, and now sports various rifts to realms in the ultra wilds. as megalopolan activity begins to rise, trainers who embark in expeditions to these realms uncover secrets behind the condition of the multiverse.
meanwhile, team rocket and the league amass resources to aid in their conflict against each other. the crime syndicate is poised to take more of the region territorially, while the league ponders a direct offense. legendary pokemon roam the region as potential benefactors or ruinous omens, leaving many to ponder how the hoenn region will ultimately be responsible for the end of all worlds.

"i've had just enough of you," taiga said with a narrowing of her eyes, her charizard bowing its head with a whine and a nudge of its large head at its trainer. the large lizard seemed to want to nuzzle apologetically while taiga was being difficult as per usual, one cheek puffed out in anger as the charizard nearly broke out into tears. the most powerful unit of her team was unbelievably weak emotionally, making taiga seek out for something more dependable.[break]
of course, this was just her being mean - not truly meaning anything out of it though a new unit or two would be wonderful.

taiga turned to her charizard that had its small claws intertwined in a pleading position, its eyes lighting up and its jaw showing a happy dog-like smile as its trainer came up to it - perching herself up on its back as per usual. no matter how fussy she may be, taiga always came back to her favorite, long-time companion. happily, the charizard scowled at the magmortar and turned around with a thankful grin to its trainer as it took them ahead of it, simply skipping over it and looking for another potential target.

ariados was a rather scary looking pokemon, no? while spinarak looked like those goofy little prank toys to dangle in front of an unsuspecting victim, ariados looked like it was ready to chomp off a leg of an unsuspecting human if it dared to get too close. "err .. uh ..." taiga faltered for a moment, obviously put off by the large spider that just blinked at her and seemed to skitter closer out of curiosity. "DON'T GET ANY CLOSER!" she demanded with a wave of her hand and a shriek for a 'flamthrower' towards the spider. as if to ensure the thing was out of her view, she threw a pokeball - hoping that the poor pokemon wasn't burned so badly that it'd teetered over and died. while it was a rather ugly dude, it would be a good addition to her flaming hot team with its primary color already being red.
