after seeing pictures flooding social media of trainers with swarms of cute scorbunny in the safari zone, cian decides it's time to take a trip out there himself. he makes the arduous flight from rustboro to lilycove, then back out to the safari zone.[break][break]

this darumaka looks like a pokemon cian would use. dumb, rotund, and all too bouncy. it'll fit right in with the rest of his little pogchamps.[break][break]

"nice find, hopps!"[break][break]

his scorbunny points at the darumaka, then hops on over to it to greet it with a QUICK ATTACK. the darumaka is knocked backwards, and due to the shape of its body, it simply rolls and rolls and rolls until it hits a tree.[break][break]

it does not get up.[break][break]

a safari ball is thrown to save it.

hopps hops forward, then immediately drops to both knees before offering the berry.[break][break]

look at this SCRAPPY looking pancham that strides up to them, all gutsy and ready for a fight.[break][break]

their personalities are similar as well! maybe he'll catch it.[break][break]

before he can decide, however, the pancham's lunging forward to try and LOW SWEEP the scorbunny off its feet. it's a good thing the fire-type is quick to BOUNCE up into the air to avoid it before coming back down to land a precise hit.[break][break]
