Their running was swift and silent, mostly on the latter, but not quite enough. A hiss stopped Goro in his tracks as a Seviper came slithering towards them, tail poised to strike. "I don't have time for this. Saint, Psybeam!" Goro barked, glaring at the snake pokemon. The lizard pokemon's eyes glowed with multicolored light before sending a beam of rainbow energy at the snake. Yet, the Seviper was quick. Dark energy manifested in its tail and stopped the attack before could make contact with a night slash. Irritated, he called for Jack, "Disable." Suddenly, the Seviper was immobile. Cold, dead eyes with little remorse for what happened stared the frozen pokemon down.
Goro simply said, "Saint." And the Kecleon acted accordingly, unleashing the psybeam on the pokemon. The snake writhed for a few moments before it was knocked out... and Goro tossed a pokeball at it. "Might as well... It had good instincts."
