When he reached that age, his family moved to Kanto while he decided to travel the world, starting with Johto, since it was close to his family's home. After going around for a couple of months, the man moved to different regions, learning about the customs of the people, their way of life and some legends here and there. But in 2017, Kanto fell and Balder lost contact with his family, unable to find out if they still lived or they died. In 2018, the man was now in Hoenn when Slateport fell to the deviants that were part of Team Rocket. Since then, he has been training, waiting for a chance to get back at Team Rocket for all the harm they did. With Geo the Alolan Golem, Ash the Cyndaquil, Tetsu the Aron and Falco the Rufflet, Balder kept pushing forward, towards his goal.
