Given his Dewott's mastery of swimming, Fritz allowed the otter-like pokemon to be his guide through the Ultra Sea. The Interdream Zone shaped the sea into something haunting. As he looked through the mist, he saw visions that were otherwise horrific. They twisted and turned his stomach -- men on their knees, forcefed the entrails of their fellow dogs they had killed. This must have been a touch of Lorelei's own subconscious. The only thing that snapped him from viewing anything farther was the way she called out his name.

"Yeah, I'm right over here," he offered, almost like he was in a trance at the sight of what lied on the surface of the Velvet Room pseudo-matriarch's subconscious.

Once he shook himself from it, he followed the direction of the voice and soon came across the dark haired businesswoman. While they'd come across one another a few times, this had been the first the two found themselves solo. Perhaps it would do him well not to say anything stupid.

"I think we can both agree that in this instance, we're putting our so-called loyalties aside to focus on a mutual greater aspect, right? It sounds foreign coming from a ranger, I know, but I couldn't feel more out of place there."

A pause. Perhaps with the woman of few words, he could offer something brief for her rather than waste her time anymore than he had.

"For the sake of brevity: I'm here to help The Room, no more and no less."
