The people around you look like they belong to an old civilization. Busily, they work at constructing what appears to be a temple or tomb among the great dunes of this place.[break][break]

When asked, a worker says, "We are creating a great protector. Eons ago, a great star fell from the heavens and landed here. We are finally able to harness its power. Go. Take a look!"[break][break]

You enter the incomplete tomb to see a large chunk of some unknown purple material. Red veins pulse throughout it like blood—or poison. It emanates a great power. Before it, several boulders are set against each other.

“A protector? Hmmm.” While the man prattled about the tomb, Calpurnia stared through him. The antiquated landscape begged to be explored. What sort of things could she uncover in this backwater dune kingdom? It certainly seemed like she would reap more information from pushing the boundaries of this simulation than following its carefully prescribed path.

As they passed, she noticed a person with a hat that looked more air balloon than functional. “It certainly isn’t keeping their fashion sense safe, hm, Miabella?”

Still, the tug of the place was impossible to ignore. Calpurnia would eventually make her way to the tomb. If the fiddler wished for her to dance, she would play the part of the wicked queen. As long as no one set her shoes on fire, of course. Wearing new heels already mimicked that sensation well enough.

Pondering the choices before her, the scientist would gently gesture the younger woman forward. “Youth before beauty, love.” She smiled her typical sugary smile—all honey and devastating secrets. “Personally, I want to investigate the stone.” It was a beautiful, pulsating thing. Its pulsating filled her with a strange sense of wrong. The kind of thing that made her want to grab and crush it within her hands.

To conquer it. Which, of course, made her want to rebel and stay far from it.

Calpurnia kubrick. One of the older members within Team Rocket Mirabella hopeful her age had given wisdom enough not to be an annoyance. Mirabella didn't understand much about the RKS System however she was going to learn about it soon enough. [break][break] The girl sighed of course she would mention her outfit. Most possible couldn't understand kalosian in it looked them in fact and Calpurnia might be one of them. "Why thanks I made this hat myself. Who say you can't being fashionable and fierce at the same time." [break][break]

The older woman went with her ideas and she pondered something. Why? Why did it feel like she had was forgetting something. This looked so similar and yet she couldn't put her finger on why? There was something in the back of her mind scream at her to keep this thing away. She shook her head dismissed her inner turmoil. "Sure, I feel like I have seen this before but I can't remember from where." The woman reached out to touch one purple chuck? What could possible go wrong?[break][break]

Suddenly, you and everyone nearby is overtaken by a horrific vision of a skeletal dragon soaring above the planet, its ribs and claws as sharp as its tendrils. From a nearby meteoroid, a DEOXYS shoots outward. It attempts to attack the ETERNATUS.[break][break]

In the process, a fragment from the ETERNATUS' BODY falls toward the earth...[break][break]

All of you come to and see that the mysterious material is pulsing. With every pulse, the purple chunk begins to manipulate the spatial elements of reality around it and yourselves. Paranoia begins to settle in... before the scenario shifts.

At the sighing, Calpurnia’s brow rose. She had been referring to one of the silly villages clogging the thoroughfare. In truth, her partners for this investigation were seen as interchangeable. No different from the Rattata in her research. “It is quite fetching, love.” The mother tried to soothe the redhead. Though she was not being dishonest. She quite enjoyed a woman who did not run from color and statement pieces. “Certainly not me.”

At her feet, Purrseus rolled his dual-colored eyes. Humans and their clothes were a silly, foppish waste of time. Pokemon did not care if they were naked. They took pride in the bodies they had been given. The woman’s hat reminded him of a strange mushroom. As if a Parasect had decided to colonize her head. “Ugly.” For once, his name’s repetition slid perfectly into the conversation.

“Oh?” Before Calpurnia could explore the other Rocket’s sense of deja vu, a dark vision overtakes her. With a gasp, the violet-haired woman stumbles back. Her heart begins to pound in her chest as a war rages between the skeletal dragon and the space invader. “Beautiful.” The scientist whispers as the stone and its twisted space vanish from view.

When her eyes adjust to the next setting, it is with no small amount of disappointment.
