INTRODUCTION Harvey is fresh out of physical therapy and fresh into his new life. He's looking to start building connections and generating experience, so anyone in Team Rocket, new or old, would be an awesome fit for him! Harvey isn't hard to get along with, so even if personalities clash, he'll still work with whomever he needs to in order to get the job done. He also has no qualms about working or building relationships with League characters—he's very open-minded and has no issue fraternizing with people who have opposing views or allegiances. Joining Team Rocket was a decision mostly based on opportunity rather than any moral or philosophical ideals, so he doesn't necessarily view either group (or the people within them) as better than the other. Also, he currently delivers packages for a living, so it wouldn't be hard to set up an introduction if a character is expecting a package to be delivered to them (and if the character is friendly enough to talk to the delivery guy).
