Drifting into slumber to find the man behind the letter hadn't been his ideal meeting of a DRK Triad member. Call it curiosity or call it his duty to see what Father Winter the 2nd had provided. Zev Harcourt had stated that the original Father Winter died about a year ago, but the dead never truly stayed dead. And that was the problem. But details with the Rondez-View of Luv game that was popular within the region back in February had an instance of two Father Winters in the game. How much truth lied in a game though? There were so many questions that would fall unanswered if he didn't at least entertain the thought of seeing what the deal was.

What lay before him wasn't what he expected in the slightest. It looked like a portal. Hues of blue, purple, and black blended together and dared him to take a peek. Though he didn't expect the hand that shoved him into the portal's maw.

The feeling of falling didn't last long. In fact, it soon came to be a feeling of floating. A disembodied voice gave him the answer that he seeked.

"Your past, present, and future -- you have the potential to change them to what you desire most. What is it that you desire in the end? Surely your power doesn't stop at climbing the Team Rocket ranks."

Schuyler didn't answer the voice. Instead, he attempted to push forward. Would fixing the past allow him a different path? While he tried to dive headfirst, access fell paused, as though this isn't what the "dream" wanted him to choose.

This point in time is fixed and cannot be changed. Continue anyway?

Brows furrowed as he retracted his choice. If he couldn't change the past, then the next best move was the future. As he passed through to the other side, he found a Hoenn in ruin. Was this the fabled Ruination? Or was it something more?

The Unown-? that floated before him was enough to answer that.

"Are Avatars truly the ultimate power of this world? Do these legendary beasts view themselves so low that they trust humanity to carry out their will?"

Schuyler couldn't help but grimace at the thought.
