It'd been a while since he'd been able to meet one on one with Theo. Though, his reports and written feedback had been a constant, less common had been in person appointments. Fair, considering the work he was delegated to often took him outside the offices, and Theo wasp probably just as busy in Rocket anyway. [break][break]

When the request to meet comes, he cancels everything else for the day and prioritizes this, eager to show he's change, at least a little bit, to his mentor. "It has! I'm good, you sir?" he asked, ever cheerful as he waved at the Underboss. A shadow galarian zizagoon eagerly sniffing around for ghosts and other pokemon to gnaw on in the meantime. "And you sir? It's been hard to get an appointment with you lately." he said, moving closer to his battle mentor.

Mint nodded, looking at the stairs he'd just come up. It hadn't been that long since him and Theo had been running up and down Mt. Pyre to help bolster his physical prowess. He hated this place. If only because jayden cross insisted on bringing him here too. [break][break]

"You got it sir." he said as he began detailing only the most interesting ones. "Before the Regice confrontation, I'd managed to sabotage a few of League's encampments. While trying to collect data to track their change in positions I managed to encounter a few avatars and capture blood samples for further study on avatarships." he said. "illeana reyes 's blood still shows some enhanced infinity signature, akin to jayden cross or bryan delarosa 's, but it's not as strong despite its freshness." he shrugged. [break][break]

"She's what I describe as 'avatar lite' or 'legend touched'." He shrugged. More study was required and he wasn't a doctor. He had to rely on the answers he could tease out of the personnel that he managed to drag to work for him. [break][break]

"Aside from that, had a lot of run ins with Paradox pokemon and got to see a bit more how they're created from TERA CRYSTALS. It's similar to dream mist in a sense but I'm not sure the connection. But it could explain why the Galarian Birds flew out during DISSEMINATE."

"Yes, it's just interesting she's still carrying residual levels. The blood samples deteriorate so, in theory, she should've dropped back to normal." he said with a small nod. "If I can manage to find them. Even then the sample size is really small, so I'm making these deductions with caution." he said with a shrug. [break][break]

"Galarian birds have a pattern we haven't discerned yet, but they are cyclical. I spoke to Zapdos with oscar clayton. It can sense its own brethren and the Galarian birds, but it won't help us locate them. For now, anyway. But I didn't want to risk pushing the subject and lose its favor, small as it is."

"I haven't yet, since her focus has been currently outer space." he already had idea he wanted to push with Lulu Flint but he wasn't quite ready yet. There was still other data to be extracted. Then again, he had no idea what the fuck a biology was. Any help he could get would bee wonderful. [break][break]

I think if we study it a bit more thoroughly, we may be able to get better at tracking their locations. Thing is most run on INFINITY energy, as does everything else on thee planet. But, if we can catalogue a sort of average for them and normal thing, we can probably exclude all that noise and find an easier time pinpointing the birds."

"Yes. It's mainly creating a database that can help track legendaries, but not fool proof. If we can eliminate noise we can more easily track where they go, or even find similar burst of energy like megastone veins." he said.[break][break]

"It could help us understand and stabilize our avatars, maybe even refine MAGMA 1.0 into something that is less strain out our assets and more efficiently used. We might even be able equip SPECTRA squads with weapons borrowing from those power sets. Posssibly." he added before continuing. [break][break]

"Right now, my tech is very short range, and my samples are small. I can't see anything unless I'm close by and when I do it's vague. But, if we can refine detection with date, and I can tap into our science corps in the future we could improve that tech with new intel. Maybe eventually throw up satellites." He was excited at the possibility, but reeled it back a bit to what was most tangible now, what he'd discussed with BARNABY FINCH at Mt. Chimney. "For now, analysis. But in the future? Mint nodded at Theo, "Yes sir, I won't be asking for a lot of resources. Most of it is my own time, when I'm not handling any of your missions or other Admin's assignments." he said, trying to assure there would be a tangible goal and direction to his efforts. [break][break]

He is unable to hide his excitement, perking up as Theo agrees. "I already have most of my equipment necessary to start. I'd just be pulling one or two scientists for the more technically aspects to start logging and then a couple of grunts to go out with me from time to time. Mainly for Kyogre. This is a rare chance to study it while its broken out of League custody." But his eyes are down on his work phone, sending Theo a copy of PROJECT INFINITY, or at least the rough draft of it. After all it was flexible, should Rocket need it.

Mint doesn't hide his expression very well, or ever try, cheeks hurting slightly with how hard he was smiling. He couldn't wait to get to work right now. "Of course! I'll send it up in a monthly report as per usual." he stated confidently, having already planned his next course of action pending approval of hiss plans. [break][break]

"I want to know why its going berserk. Something about the Blue Orb? I'm not particularly familiar with it." he said with a shrug. He tilted his head, considering the Underboss for a moment before nodding along. [break][break]

"If that's the case, nothing wrong than beginning to expose it to more Rocket forces, right? We can plan a couple of ambushes. I have pieces of what I think may be it's swimming patterns right now..." Mint said trailing off as they finalized their discussion on PROJECT INFINITY.
