Fisk family celebrates birth of seventh sibling, Silvano Dino Fisk, despite looming anniversary of the disappearance of Michaelis Fisk. The family has come together once again to celebrate newest addition to the family, taking a couple of days together to welcome newest baby brother, Silvano to the world. Likewise, the family is also planning next Sunday for a private, small ceremony to honor and remember the lost fifth member of the Fisk household. Michaelis Fisk was last spotted, age 19, leaving the Fisk estate to host an art exhibition for local artists but never made it. While a body was never found, the family spent over a year searching and no one has yet contacted the police or the family about his whereabouts, which are still unknown… [break][break]

You blink tiredly, glancing over the paper and pausing on a familiar face, your face. It’s too early to contemplate this. Your tired eyes, your forced smile, the pristine and proper way your hair is slicked back and the tense way your mother grabs your shoulder in this picture. Sitting on the couch for a moment, you sigh through your nose about to turn the page before raising a hand and ripping out the article. You crush the page in your hand bitterly, and your hand shakes as you squeeze it tight, as if you’re squeezing a neck, before you sigh and the anger that sparked so suddenly is just as quickly gone. “Happy Birthday to me, Cacio.” You say, remembering that you are now a year older. A year happier. Cacio, your loyal companion, perks up at the sound of his name before you toss the ball of newspaper in the air.
