A girl who is very much not Xenon steps out onto the stage with a bright and cheery grin, her mechanical warbeast floating alongside her as they walk out to meet their opponent in battle for another great match in the Vital City Tournament!

"Woah, I love the confidence! But don't get it twisted, I'm not going down without a fight!" The brunet girl crosses her arms confidently as she steps out onto her side of the field and sends Rhodium out, the floating Paradox soaring out to take the stage and emanating a deep bassy growl.

Illusionary clones flood the field as the Froakie starts off strong with a straight Hydro Pump, the iron weapon responding with a gout of flame from its three heads to dampen the blow as best it can and create a cloud of steam to cover its actions in the opening round. The blow still lands and makes a solid dent in its carapace, but this is all just set up as Rhodium's Quark Drive hums with energy, a field of electricity pulsing across the arena as an Electric Terrain is set in play for the rounds to follow.

The match is going rough for Caeli and it doesn't look like there's much hope of making a comeback as the Froakie charges in and lands a big Lick against the Iron Jugulis, paralysis partially setting in as its paralytic saliva seeps into the scrapes made by the Hydro Pump prior. All the Paradox Pokemon can do is boost backwards and try to fend off the frog with a desperate gout of Flamethrower from its twitching heads, attempting to get out of range as best as it can in this desperate situation.

Maybe it was the edge that the Sygna Suit user gave, maybe it was just plain exhaustion after so many battles so fast, but even the mighty war machine had to falter and break as a ice cold Hydro Pump crashes into its frame, tumbling through the dirt and shutting down as Caesi breaks for her partner. It was an overwhelming sweep for Cian, the winner would be Ribbit by way of TKO!

Caesi sighs as she returns Rhodium to its Pokeball and brushes the dirt off her knees, rubbing the back of her head and wondering just what she could do better for the next match. "Yeah, thanks. Looks like I need to brush up on battle strategies against smaller guys..." She mumbles as she wanders off the arena floor, heading to the infirmary tent to get healed up for the next match already.
