The Unovan was paired against another Unovan, this one a long standing Gym Leader in the Region. Not that that mattered to Andrew.

Andrew's Charizard took to the field, letting out a mighty roar, to announce his presence.

"Let's kick some ass!", Andrew called out.

The Charizard started the match by creating a cyclone of flames. The Fire Spin was launched towards the Shiny Braviary, like a whirlwind of sorts.

Okay, this Charizard had a lot of sass, much like his own Ravana—and the Braviary would spread his wings in answer to that roar from their opponent, before rising into the air and immediately summoning the avalanche of boulders that came in the form of a Rock Slide, plummeting around the Charizard in an attempt to pin them down!

“Let’s go, let’s go!” he cheered his blue-plumed avian on from his side of the field.

The Charizard desperately maneuvered to avoid the oncoming Rocks. Unfortunately for the Charizard, they managed to keep him pinned down where he was.

"Can't block!", Andrew blurted out.

In retaliation, the Charizard bellowed out a Flamethrower towards the Braviary, intent on incinerating the avian.

While Braviary aren’t exactly the fastest fliers, their species are some of the most stubborn known to man—at least, around Unova they have that stubborn-ass reputation to live up to!

Anyway, the moment the dual-type saw the incoming flames, he would do the next best thing—fly down low; so close to the ground it almost looked like a Brave Bird—but in reality it was actually a surprise Aerial Ace the moment the avian suddenly banked up extremely close to the Charizard for some close-quarters action!

“Come on, Kyouya, I know you can do this…” he said; mostly to himself as he watched the rest of the match unfold.

The Charizard watched as the Braviary stooped low to the ground. The fallen debris prevented him from maneuvering out of the way in time. Not that it would've changed the outcome, given the true nature of the attack.

Instead, the Charizard stood his ground, and waited for the Braviary to approach. As it got in close, the Charizard swiped at the Shiny avian with a brutal Slash.

"Take this!"

Oh, boy.

If there was one thing this Braviary absolutely hated, it was the fact that losing feathers due to some—

(In some other universe, should Pokémon be capable of any kind of speech humans can understand, this Braviary would be swearing like a sailor!)

Either way…

The last-ditch attack came in the form of a Sky Drop attempt; hopefully that would turn the… tables.

The Charizard let out a growl of satisfaction as his claws caused feathers to fly. Unfortunately, the Charizard was grabbed by the Braviary. The Charizard struggled uselessly against the talons holding him, before being violently slammed into the arena ground.

"Oh fuck! Get up!", Andrew called out.

The Charizard shook his head, before unleashing his Dragon Breath towards the Braviary.

Yeah, that was one Braviary you did not want to get on the bad side of, especially considering how the avian Pokémon loved taking care of his blue feathers.

Cawing his disgust, the Braviary then brought down a second avalanche of boulders in the form of a Rock Slide!

The Charizard desperately attempted to dodge the rocks, to no avail. His body was pinned down, and was no doubt vulnerable to a final strike.

All the Charizard could do was to unleash a final Flamethrower, and hope it knocked out the Braviary, before it could get its final hit in.

“Do you hear me complaining about your Charizard’s Flamethrower?” he sassed back. Two could definitely play that game!

And the Braviary was entirely unamused as well; all things considered. Braving the flames that were heading his way, he would then fly low, so low it almost looked like a Brave Bird attack—however it was actually an Aerial Ace attack that the Charizard would get a faceful of as the avian Pokémon pulled up from the low-altitude flying!

The Charizard fell to the Aerial Ace, slumping down on the arena. "Dammit!", Andrew shouted, recalling the Charizard, before storming off in a huff.

Andrew looked over to his chat, in clear irritation that trolls were cheering on Alexei. "I got bodied? How about I body you down your throat, with this virtual blood sausage! Then you can cough up my juices, and your last two meals like a fountain of hot juice! Fuck up out of my chat! Mods, clean up my chat!", Andrew shouted.
