Such a broad answer will encompass everything that Rocket has come to gather. The obvious information starts with where the League left off. [break][break]

Distinctly, whatever species of Pokemon this is, it's not from earth. This is a sound hypothesis due to the biological structure of the sample's cellular composition. The material and foundation of the cells do not match anything else found on earth and conflict with the general laws and rules of biology in general. This explains the Pokemon's overall durability and why the attacks seemed to have no effect on them. The way the skin remains solid, without so much as a single pore, makes no sense due to the organic nature of the creature. STEEL type Pokemon have been known to share the same trait but that's due to their metallic composition. [break][break]

Any attempt to further dissect the sample has provided futile. Sensitive tools are unable to cut through the sample and using anything powerful enough may damage it beyond repair. Only the strength of the PRIMAL MEGA EVOLUTION used during the Mossdeep Invasion has been documented to be able to cut cleanly through the beast's appendages. Attempts to probing and testing PSYCHIC attacks failed to return results, leaning toward classifying the Pokemon as a DARK type. Even STATUS MOVES fail on a trial by trial basis. [break][break]

This creature does not follow the general conventions of the world and therefore the researchers have declared it an otherworldly threat. This is no regular Pokemon but an ultimate species that surpasses it. Their preliminary name for the genus is the ULTRA BEASTS. This species, one of the two that terrorized Mossdeep, has been named ULTRA BEAST: GLUTTONY. [break][break]

Trying to derive use of the sample has been forbidden. Although the potential for further applications have been hypothesized, the potential of damaging their only sample is high and not a risk the League was willing to make. Not this early into the investigation with no further knowledge. Potential experiments proposed include: dissecting the sample, reanimating the sample, and trying to regrow the sample. The only other observation noted, one that has little merit due to the circumstance behind it is that Lucas Lane seemed to react negatively to being in close proximity to the sample hence his lack of involvement in further research. [break][break]

Cadis presents an interesting thought but unfortunately no one has a clear cut answer for him. While ingesting a part of the specimen would provide immediate results they are unable to separate a small enough piece for a Pokemon to swallow without sacrificing too much of the sample as a whole. The train of thought is recorded but heavily advocated against since they may end up wasting their resources without a promise of results. Once they have a method to cut into the tissue, that becomes another story. [break][break]

The material is unique and currently unmatched. Anything they try to scratch it with becomes chipped or dull. Replicating it will prove difficult but the geniuses of Team Rocket are willing to dive into a new territory of discovery. If this material proves to escape the rules and understanding of anything that exists then they'll have to create something new. Several of the hardest substances known to man show up on the computer screen and Cadis now has the means to collect them. [break][break]

Now all they have to do is gather the resources and smelt them down to their purest forms. Traditionally, these materials are rare due to having to wait on them to develop naturally in pressurized caverns deep in the earth. However, it is possible to melt down Pokemon who exhibit these traits to farm the resources faster. It's just a question of ethic morals and how far someone is willing to go for material gain. At the behest of their boss the scientist get to work. All three Pokemon are escorted away and out of sight. Only the curling cries of their sacrifice is heard from them before the crooning echoes come to a complete silence. Hours pass by and there is little to report aside from the Pokemon having been melted down into their molten forms. Now that they're ready to mix, Team Rocket can pursue its first attempt at creating a ground-breaking compound — the strongest steel known to man. [break][break]

When the solution cools, what is left is not a metal that shines with the traditional metallic gray or a vain silver but one that bleed with the heated glow of a dull maroon. Traces of the Scizor's surface help compose the matte color of the material and the scientist present their findings to their boss. Several pieces have already been molded, shaped into some sort of armor. Left over scraps have been re-purposed into fine surgical tools, refined with the intent on being able to cut into their Guzzlord sample. [break][break][break]





"Eureka! We've done it! We present you the hardest substance known to man: Durantium Chrome!" The most eccentric of the scientist lets out a proud guffaw, pressing his middle finger against the bridge of his glasses as it shines with the reflection of the laboratory's florescent lights. "Now all we need to find is a specimen strong enough to make use of this impenetrable armor and we would have the ultimate Pokemon! Gyuh huh huh!" [break][break]

Unfortunately, the data shows that no Pokemon fits the criteria. Anything capable of holding onto the armor will have its speed dampened as it proves too heavy to carry. For Pokemon that are already armored, replacing their steel or rock carapaces with the material proves detrimental to the material's bonding, causing what the scientist simplify as an allergic reaction when explaining it to Cadis. High on their recent success, one of the scientist suggest that they could create their own Pokemon. Something malleable enough to accommodate their new armor but strong enough to defeat anything that dares crosses Team Rocket's path. What they need is an apex predator, something that sits at the top of the food chain and has no equal. With how abundant Pokemon are now, there's no easy answer to constitutes being the strongest Pokemon. But, history paints a different story, one where the strongest was proven by its tendency to hunt other Pokemon into extinction. [break][break][break]

One of the scientist scoop up the Pokeballs and scampers off into their secret lab. Again, Cadis will hear nothing except for loud banging and the occasional scream. This goes on for hours on end before a loud high pitch screech emanates from the laboratory. "Get Cadis! Get him now! He has to see this!" A single person runs out of the lab frantically, looking for the Rocket boss and pleading with the boss to follow him into the lab. [break][break]





Inside the laboratory is an odd machine that rumbles and groans as mechanical parts are put together onto a frame of a bipedal Pokemon. The same scientist that had crowned their new alloy is the same one who comes up to Cadis to explain. [break][break]


"We've harnessed the power of prehistoric Pokemon that thrived in a world without humans and combined it with the simple mindedness of bug Pokemon. Together, we can put all the pieces together to create a Pokemon that is not only the strongest but one that obeys your every command. All we need is some last touches to make sure that it follows our orders to the tee. Think of it! All the powers of a Pokemon but with the obedience of a robot. Truly magnificent gyuh huh huh!" There is a promise that this is the last part that they need to bring the project to fruition. From outside, the shadow of their creation looms over the empty pedestal. The dull color of metal is left lifeless, lacking the intelligence needed to truly come alive. [break][break][break]

"Sir, yes sir!" Each grunt answers the call of duty with an enthusiasm unmatched by any other organization. The more Cadis involves himself within the lower levels of grunts the more that Rocket blooms. They fall for what they perceive to be a benevolent leader and scour the laboratory like an aggravated colony of Durants. [break][break]

Pokemon are dismantled and from it comes an AI that proves both efficient and simple. The new Pokemon, Genesect, can DOWNLOAD data that allows it to be both ADAPTABLE and ANALYTIC. It bends under Team Rocket's will and wields a power unmatched. It's only downside is the limited power supply it has due to its amazing performance. The scientist warn that the Pokemon can only remain operational for so long before it has to be recalled for repairs. Use it wisely and Team Rocket will have yet another trump card hidden up their sleeve. [break][break]

The advent of their newest weapon gives way to the next phase of their plan. Their location can be discarded along with their scraps. Things move fast and time is of the essence. League will only be vulnerable for a moment but there's no time like the present. [break][break][break]
