[attr="class","knoxpost"]not all of mauville's pretty. alfric's been doing a whole lot of good keeping the city green, helping people stay safe. but underneath the middle and upper class houses, below the streets where prying eyes can't see, live the cockroaches. 

the ones that feast on the privileged above them. where there is money, there is someone to take advantage of that money. 

and knox had thought it amusing that in this particular case, it isn't someone, but something that's terrorizing mauville's teenage population. the hypno don't discriminate. rich, poor, pretty, or ugly--they don't seem to care. and what they want doesn't matter to knox (or rocket) either. 

the poor families' kids'll stay lost unless they get help from the league. no, knox's boss is interested in the children with a fat stack of cash ready for whoever can find them. 

and if there's anything he needs right now, it's cash. the powder in his pocket's drained him dry and he's only got a pinch or two left. 

so he waits, leaning against the door to a rundown tattoo shop, captain on his shoulder.
