"Okay, darling." Najwa smiles and looks him over when he pulls back. "Deal." She grins a little wider and holds up her crepe between them. "Want some more?"

She lifts it a little further, and laughs when someone brushes past them and pushes the whipped cream right into his face.

"Oh... Oh, Kim. Sorry." Najwa laughs at the whipped cream on his chin and nose.

Kim grows silent, the realization of what had happened slowly forming in his brain, coming to a conclusion seconds after the fact of it happening. For a moment he keeps his silence, nodding when Najwa gives her apology. He licks his lips then pulls his own crepe up, taking a bite of it before gently pushing it in her face.

“It’s fine.” He chimes with a playful grin. Revenge is certainly sweet to say the least.

Najwa's mouth opens as he shoves the crepe - with whipped cream - into her face. "Kim!" She laughs and tries to wipe the whipped cream off. "Mine was an accident!" She laughs softly and wipes some of it onto his cheek, before giving him a kiss.

"C'mon. Let's go home, then." Najwa grins and gives him a little look. "We can get cleaned up." She winks at him.

Kim’s brows furrow in disbelief at her words, a light puff escaping his lips as he chuckled.

“Clean? With you and me? That’s non-existent.”

He takes a handkerchief from his back pocket, and begins to clear her face of the mess he had made, moving onto himself after flicking the cloth clean of cream.

“There’s one more place I want to go before we go. You okay with that.”

Once they were properly wiped up, he set the kerchief back into his pocket, looking to her expectant of her to relent.

Najwa grins at his comment. "Oh? True... And I'm normally the instigator..." She sighs wistfully, before letting her face be wiped. "Got it all?" She tilts her head from side to side, before smiling when he asks if they can go somewhere else.

"Oh, yes. Of course we can." She links their arms and grins. "And then home. To get... Mhm. Clean... As we can be, anyway." Najwa smirks.

He chuckles once again, taking her into his arm.

“Yes. To get “clean”.” He says with a roll of his eyes.

They continue to walk up the path, Kim keeping in step with her while leading the way, careful not to pull her along too harshly.

Once Kim deems it appropriate, they linger from the concrete path- through neatly trimmed grass and up a slight incline.

“It’s right up here.” He says, pulling her along, stopping as they reached an overlook of the forest.

He’s silent, enjoying the setting sun for a moment before he finally spoke.

“I figured I’d get a good picture of us before we got here so we could just enjoy the view, but all the ones I took weren’t exactly to my liking. That doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy it though, right?”

He chuckles once more before looking over to her, a sudden thought coming to mind as he witnessed her within the setting sun’s light. Taking a step back, he started to pull out his phone, holding out his arms as he spoke.

“Stay there for a second… lemmie just…”

After a bit of aligning the shot up perfectly, he snapped a photo, her beauty comparably radiant as the sun’s. Once it was done, he could feel his chest swell with emotions, holding the phone to it as he let out a sigh.

“It’s perfect~” He says showing her the picture he had taken of her looking out into the distance.

“Is it okay if I keep this one?”

The sunset before them in serene, and in the moment, Najwa forgets herself and all of the day's stress that she has been mulling over. Reports, genetic sequencing, making the perfect photo, thoughts of her mother. It all goes the second Kim pulls her to the overlook and stands with her. Her eyes gaze out over the rolling hills, and she smiles. Just for a moment, though, until her face becomes much more serious - not in a bad way - just contemplative, relaxed... Content with everything that was happening.

Najwa doesn't even bat at eyelash when Kim takes a picture of her, her body turned just slightly to see he was walking away. Maybe she would give him a bit of a pose. After all, he did take her all this way just to show the world how much he loves her.

When he returns to her side, she leans towards him and stands on her tip-toes, pressing a kiss to his lips. "Yes. It's lovely. That you for capturing me in a way that I can see myself how you see me." She murmurs, sliding her hands around his hips. Her palms press gently into his back and she pulls him closer, taking a short, staggered breath.

"Kim, I really love you." She looks up at him, blinking slowly. "I think more than anyone else I've ever cared about." Najwa gives him a soft smile - one she reserves only for him, where her eyes light up and the only thing they shine on is him. "You're the love of my life."
