there's only so little one can do before the chill settles in. the oncoming of spring, the going of winter. luxray showed the way, golden eyes glowing in the dark. what a cloudless night, the moon was full and the air blew gently. it was said the gardens are all cared for by the small community of oldale. with the sun causing her eyes to strain, the only good time to go would be in the early morning.[break][break]
when she sat down on the bench, she felt her luxray sit right next to her leg, looking about. it wasn't much, but the early morning air was beautiful alongside with the flowers and trees.[break][break]"Early morning run? Oldale Town was a lull in the otherwise busy and bustling Hoenn Region. t'was especially dull during the night times. though she did enjoy it more than the day, Sidonie was still one to enjoy her own company. when a woman sat next to her on the bench, she did not even turn her eyes to her.

"neither" the scientist uttered simply at first. her Morgrem was somewhere causing mischief. it was like taking a dog for a walk. a very excitable dog. he liked the night due to his dark affiliation and origins. "I feel charmed by the late to morning hours."

which was saying that she would rather roam around at night. her words... less suspicious that way. Sidonie merely stated she liked the dark. suddenly bursting behind them, the Morgrem would squeak loudly, waving his hands dramatically. she did not so much as flinch.

eileen gave a kind smile as she listened to the stranger. at least within the early hours of the morning and the late evenings of the night she could see just as any normal person. she did jump a bit from the sudden noise, however, it diminished when the woman spoke about her pokemon. "it does have a rather nice breeze," she responded. her luxray was a bit on alert, golden eyes set on the pokemon and then the woman.

she reached down to scratch behind his ear. "calm down," her eyes on the luxray before looking up at the beautiful early morning sky. "i apologise for assuming what you're doing, usually you don't see many people up and about around this time."

running a stray hair behind her ear she began to relax on the bench. "the garden at oldale is well taken care of, i never thought to see so much fauna and flora in one place, let alone one some flowers that bloom at night." she was rambling at this point, trying to keep up a conversation at the very least.

some would claim it was quite odd and rare for a League member and a Rocket grunt to have a pleasant conversation in the midst of all this chaos in the region. Sidonie assumed - and would be correct - that the other was part of League, for she took it upon herself to know all the Rockets beforehand. she was playing a dangerous game, talking to a league folk.

gesturing to one of the plants, the dark haired woman mused. "oenothera biennis" to the yellow-petaled plant that bloomed at night "evening-primrose" she added for the sake of 'conversation'. "is quite common. I do wonder if the gardener has a soft spot for night flowers..."

"I am merely a traveler, passing through" Sidonie went on "thus I tend to wander all hours" plus, you saw such interesting beasts in the nocturne. she supposed people too. but that was generous.
