HELLO, EVERYONE! We're entering our 7th Arc on Hoenn! The setting and timeline will be updated to reflect this. Stay tuned as we explore the year of the dragon (or draconids?), while the site narrative brings Hoenn closer and closer to unparalleled dangers.

JCINK OR PROBOARDS? We're currently deliberating upon this potential move to the Jcink platform. Jcink has several tools that allow for automation of staffwork. hoenn is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise.

skin is created by pharaoh leap with graphical help from red. we would like to thank leap and meulk for their additional templates (staff temp, custom pc).

next, garden/swarm spawn, ranger raid, black market, pkmn contest post templates were coded by ulla.

teal has created the wild spawn, endeavour list, league card, exhibits. he and spiral also created the gachapon script, while the former created the gachapon template.

loreq has assisted us with many quality of life changes on site involving coding fixes, plugins and more.

lav has coded in UI accessibility features on Hoenn (cogwheel icon on the navigational sidebar).

characters belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours. thank you for stopping by.

SYNOPSIS: the hoenn league has successfully diverted the 99943 meteno meteroid into an alternate universe. consequently, the region has experienced a violent planeshifting, a bombardment of terastal crystals, and now sports various rifts to realms in the ultra wilds. as megalopolan activity begins to rise, trainers who embark in expeditions to these realms uncover secrets behind the condition of the multiverse.
meanwhile, team rocket and the league amass resources to aid in their conflict against each other. the crime syndicate is poised to take more of the region territorially, while the league ponders a direct offense. legendary pokemon roam the region as potential benefactors or ruinous omens, leaving many to ponder how the hoenn region will ultimately be responsible for the end of all worlds.

patricia can't help but fight mixed feelings every time she lays eyes on the soot that coats route 113. on one hand it's a beautiful sight, and the plant life it nurtures is unique and exciting. she looks at everything from the grass to the trees and can't name a single space in hoenn that rivals their uniqueness. even the glorious flowers outside verdanturf struggle to compare.

and yet, managing a garden in the area is a difficult task to say the least. the amount of prep work is obnoxious (a poncho and umbrella necessary to just attempt and keep the falling ash out of her hair and clothes) and caring for her flowers always makes them look gross and droopy.

the water she sprinkles from her pail mixes with the ash to make muddy splotches that weigh down and discolor the otherwise lovely patch of flowers she's planted.

"it makes me worried. . ."

she complains to the floatzel at her side. the pokemon offers a hum-like purr in response.
