Not hostile
Vaguely familiar
Likely a confused player, seeing as she’d had to crawl out of the sands.

Her hand released a sheathed sword, though her fingers danced near it, ready to show the samurai's skill at a moment's notice. Terrera was a lawless land, after all.“My bad, I was looking for mobs. You… seem like you might need a hand.” The girl’s words were cheerful – mostly. There was a cocky edge to her lips as she offered help. “I can point you back to spawn, if that’d help, as long as you can tell me where to find trouble.”

[attr="class","athread"]She wrapped her hand around her sword as the woman dashed, realising just in time that for once, she wasn’t the target. Wary eyes watch a fighter that seemed cautious (at best), but the Krokorok’s served as a shared distraction. Intimidation did nothing to stop Ultimeite from launching herself forward, sword raised to swing down on the beast as she landed. The earth-dweller would be bested before she gave him the chance to use his home to his advantage.

“Well then, I hope you don’t mind the company!” There was a cheery confidence to her voice, bordering on arrogance. Despite the mask of politeness, she had no intention of leaving peacefully until she’d found what she was after.

she brushes off the notification telling her ARENA TRAP was in effect, deciding to use NO RETREAT since it wouldn't make a difference (and the boost in her stats was always welcome). iris is almost knocked off her feet as she feels the tremors of EARTHQUAKE, but quickly regains her footing to retaliate with FREEZE-DRY.

[attr="class","athread"]Arena Trap didn’t matter if neither of them planned to leave, but the Earthquake was a little harder to ignore. She had no plans of waiting to find out if the other mole clan had the same move. Running feet carried her towards the one remaining, and with one Breaking Swipe, she erased the majority of its health bar. An auto-attack handled the rest, leaving her with little more to do than try to lighten the mood.

“Anything in particular that you’re looking for out here? Just some crafting stuff, or are you hoping for a new weapon?”

"i'm already sorted weapon-wise." she grins as she holds up a hand to show off her knuckledusters, like ice along her skin. she hadn't even known spawns could drop weapons until she'd come across it, pleasantly surprised with how well it covered for her ground-typing. iris doubted she'd come across anything better.

an onyx is punched with FREEZE-DRY before it burrows into the ground. with NO GUARD in effect, iris easily locates the underground pokemon and breaks through the ground to land a CLOSE COMBAT.

"i haven't been here before," she explains, "felt like checking out what was around." she pauses and then, since she feels she has to be polite, "you?".
