marie jules wanted Sebastian to do two things, to grow stronger so she could benefit from this and for him to also participate in the Battle Tent/Hut to aide in Team Rocket's continued presence within the competition. Obliging her kindly the blind would accept, registering for a four versus four, Doubles battle.

Opting to come in hot, figuratively as well as literally, Sebastian would walk right into the arena with Dooku the Incineroar and Maul the Zangoose hauntingly walking just a few steps ahead of him all the while. With Dooku having evolved just recently from Torracat and Maul still being a relatively new capture Sebastian was itching to test his new "Bash Em'" duo.

How would they fare?

But more importantly who were their opponents?!

[break]the the many people would probably be at the beach enjoying the sun and cold ocean in order to let their worries just be carried away by the ocean breeze and sea waves. kazimir on the other hand had other ways of letting himself relax. despite the sweat that can be worked up from one battling was always something that helped him cool off after a stressful day of doing his civic duty, despite the hypocrisy of a vigilante coming to an underground fighting arena. he could always give an anonymous tip to the league afterward.

"yo! hope your ready to see your bois right there get their ass handed to them. me and my team now how to handle some punk looking pokemon." kaz called out as he entered the battlefield and let his own pokemon take center stage, mainly his toxicritiy who strummed his body once he was released from his pokeball.[break][break]

Punk looking? Isn't that literally your Pokemon's alias...The Punk Pokemon? Heh...heh...

It'll be quite fulfilling making you eat your own words further, maybe you'll choke on them, hmm?

Clicking his tongue off of his teeth for a moment Sebastian would proceed to raise his left hand and thus motioning for Dooku the Inciniroar to take center stage. The battlefield was your typical stage, an open flatland of dirt where no side had an advantage over the other. Stomping forward while grinning Dooku would begin to pound one clenched fist, right, into his open left palm over and over again in visible excitement for the upcoming battle. Even if his fights were one sided from time to time the Pokemon nonetheless still managed to have fun one way or another, this was because he found the mere act of fighting as well as his own fighting style to be more than entertaining in itself. Once beginning it's stare off with the opponent's Toxitricity Dooku would begin to wait for the battle to begin while flexing in it's standing position which the mere sight of seemed to INTIMIDATE enemy Pokemon from time to time.

Something Sebastian would oblige.

Dooku, start heating things up with Flamethrower!

It was part of their training, their code.

Anytime Dooku was tasked with using a mid-to-long range move he knew that it was time to get in close for the real show. As such he'd snap open his jaws, spewing forth a large torrent of spiraling flames, sprinting forward as he did so.

The real fun was close combat.

[break]to say the toxictricity wasn't intimidated would be a total lie, however he would at least not let it show on his face. if he did the enemy might get the wrong impression as he watched the incineroar flex its muscles and certain thoughts entered his head. "c'mon aniki get your head in the game!"

kaz's words managed to break the spell the poison type was under as he let out a screech and a single riff along his guitar sounding like organs on his chest as kaz reached into his pocket and pulled out a glove to slip on with a gemstone placed in the middle. "if ya think that'll scare us then you outta take a class on what's scary, how about we give ya a free lesson huh?" the gem began to glow and a light erupted from it that shot towards teh toxictricity and enveloped it as well as the flames from the flamethrower as the incineroar approached them.

from within the cocoon what broke out of there was still the same pokemon only it was different, more feral looking in his appearance. without missing a beat aniki rushed forward to meet the large fire cat head on and give it a poison jab to its stomach.[break][break]

What the....

Sebastian's mind wandered as his opponent's Pokemon, Toxitricity, began to glow while seemingly absorbing Dooku's Flamethrower. Raising a brow in the process Sebastian would merely watch on as his Inciniroar continued to sprint forward while Toxitricity continued to shine brightly. When the light faded however a new [?] Pokemon would stand in the toxic electric one's place...Or?

Whispering, mega evolution?, to himself Sebastian would nonetheless begin to crack a grin. He did this for the Rocket believed this was a proper test for himself now. Sure battles were important and all, but taking on a Mega Evolved Pokemon with just your normal Pokemon...It was an uphill battle.

And now it was sprinting toward his own blitzing Pokemon, what should they do now?

Dooku, quick, dodge it with a flying Double Kick!

Roaring as his Flamethrower ceased Dooku the Inciniroar would grin like a devil as it's opponent became an overwhelming challenger to clash with. Leaping into the air as their toxic fist sailed below him Dooku would proceed to attempt to dropkick his opponent in the face/neck/chest with his bipedal paws. First he'd kick out with his left, tucking his right knee up close against his chest before too firing this paw forward in another boulder crushing kick. Whether either kick landed or not Dooku remained ready, comfortable mid-air due to his agility, as well as being confident in his ability to land on his feet.

its fist found nothing to hit as the large cat pokemon's body was suddenly airborne and it was met with a kick to the face, twice. despite the new power flowing through its body it was enough to push aniki back a few steps as he shook his head. staring down at the cat the lizard let out a roar as he strummed his guitar chest once more and electricity began to surge around his body like an aura.

"beat them down again with overdrive!" kaz called out as he recognized his pokemon starting to go mad. lucky for him the rocking lizard was still sane enough to hear his trainer's call and with another loud riff the electricity surged forward in a large dome that aimed to hit anything and everything around him as his song played through the sound of its crackling power.[break][break]

Both Pokemon and Trainer would sneer with glee as the fire cat landed another attack against the Mega Evolved Toxitricity, each feeling pride in the other's success. Sebastian's success of being a good Trainer and Dooku's success in battle outright. However this pedastool position would come to a crashing end as the Toxitricity began to strum it's stomach scales to kick up an electric sound blast. Ears twitching and wincing in pain Dooku would be caught off guard as he stood stunned by the sound of the move before he was then zapped as well as thrown back violently. Momentarily charred and further stunned the Incineroar would bounce and tumble along the arena floor until his reeling ended with him bouncing up to his feet and sliding to a halt altogether.

Sneering now in defiance Dooku would continue to wince before finally shaking in place causing the soot on it's fur to clear out, however his movement would come to halt as light sparks could be seen streaking across his form every few seconds.

Dooku had been...paralyzed....

Shit!

Dooku shake it off, you've got this! Get back in there, use SCARY FACE!

Grunting and clenching his fists Sebastian would nearly tremble while standing firmly in place, watching on as Dooku continued to struggle to move.

The battle cat was fierce, but that wasn't only because of his physicality, he didn't have to actually move to be intimidating or...scary. Sebastian and Dooku would find themselves unlucky in the fact that the Incineroar was paralyzed and presently couldn't move, yet he had enough muscle power to contort his already serious face into a scarier form of itself via SCARY FACE. Glaring across the way at the mighty Toxitricity, Dooku would attempt to give off a vibe even more intense than it had when it entered the battlefield in an intimidating manner.

as the sounds of aniki's mega guitar riff solo roared through the battlefield mixing with the roars of the crowd around them kazimir was feeling great! a fire was lighting inside of his stomach and he was ready to finish off the cat and cement why he was one of the toughest trainers around without a doubt. "ok aniki! don't let the big kitten scare ya! let's hit 'em with a stun shock!"

while his trainer was fired up the toxtricity was not that up on that level. the scary face did indeed unnerve the pokemon despite his mega evolved form giving him a more feral appearance the poison lizard was still a little shaken up that it was a bit of a slow start to his move. still it was going to hit bigger and better than ever as he reached behind him and pulled out a lightning bolt in the shape of a guitar and charged forward with it in hand. with a swing of its mighty axe it looked to strike right in the cat's face and knock it out of the game for good, or give it one hell of a wake up shock as a guitar riff played while the attack flew through the air.[break][break]

As the duel between Mega Toxitricity and Dooku the Incineroar continued to unfold, and at it's present state, Sebastian knew he had only one move left to pull, especially if Dooku's paralyzation status continued.

Which it did.

Dooku was paralyzed.

Cursing under his breath Sebastian could only watch on as Dooku's body once more became wreathed with a burst of electric sparks causing the bipedal feline to remain motionless if only twitching. However as the Toxitricity came in with a bolt of lightning in the form of a guitar feline would continue to stand in defiance, growling and grimacing as it faced the incoming attack head on, quite literally.

He had one chance now, the on the spot idea he had come up with.

He had confidence in Dooku, but he knew his Pokemon's limits. And as such when the Toxitricity struck Dooku in the face and sent him flying backward Sebastian would immediately brace himself from the Pokemon move's shockwave while calling out his second Pokemon.

Zangoose, use Quick Attack and finish it off before it can recover!

Ordering Zangoose to strike while at an opportune time, when Toxitricity had just hit it's last foe, Sebastian had hoped he could return the favor with a surprise and knock his opponent down to their second and last Pokemon as well. Sliding a hand through his hair regardless Sebastian would aim to nonchalantly fix his hair a bit or in the least tame it after the G-Max Stun Shock had blown it all about.
