Ah yes, Vivienne was here. Despite the bugs, debris, and panic surrounding her--Vivi couldn't have been less engaged in the mission. She had actually pulled out a compact and started adjusting her makeup by the time the fire started, and when she noticed she was more irritated than scared. She slammed her compact closed with a huff, turning toward the hostages as it came time to move. 

"You heard the man, up and at 'em. Unless you wanna burn alive."

Vivienne chuckled to herself as she watched the emboar escort the frightened staff and patrons to the stairwell. Vivi and Fifi took up the rear, making sure that there weren't any stragglers. Yet when they reached the stairwell, they found their path blocked by yet more fire. When Andrew asked about her milotic, Vivi rolled her eyes.

"Hopeless, the lot of you. Step aside!"

The towering woman pushed to the front, putting two fingers on the edges of her mouth. She blew harshly, creating a shrill whistle. Hearing the whistle, Temptress slid from her hiding place and joined her master's side. As soon as she noticed Temptress, Vivienne would put her to work.

"Ah, there you are darling. Clear our path please." Temptress nodded, excited at the chance to redeem her ego. She slid closer to the stairwell before unleashing a Water Pulse into the fire blockade. The pulse extinguished just enough for the group to continue forward. "Off you go! It ain't getting any cooler in here."

With Temptress pulsing away fire at the helm, the hostage group would be able to proceed.

As Razorback reached his master, he would abruptly drop the old man amongst the other hostages. The metallic hunter was prepared to turn right around and engage the dragon that had stalked him, but luck wasn't on his side. Razorback heard it loud and clear, a chilling dirge that sent shivers down his polished spine. If his master didn't intervene, the Perish Song would take him. 

Razorback landed by Vivienne, tugging at her dress with urgency. Vivienne looked down, unaware of the Perish Song's effect. She had been too busy wondering what to have for dinner once this was all done, probably sea food. She was craving a chowder of some kind. Looking into the pleading eyes of her skarmory, Vivienne squinted with concern. Razorback never looked so distressed, so something serious must be bothering him. Fear wasn't in his emotion pool, so--

Vivi withdrew the skarmory without a word, replacing him with an equally vicious (though grounded) companion. Vivi's Furfru, Fifi, was a furry ball of pure evil and malice. You can tell because her fur was fashioned into a sunhat to match her cruel mistress. Vivi gave Fifi several long pets before looking to the Salamence. She spoke not a word, daring the dragon to do something. At least she had its attention, better it stay down here than travel to the third floor.

Temptress did not hear the Perish Song, her Disarming Voice had muted the fell cry to her graceful ears. Yet as her screeching finished, she found that the population of the floor had shifted. The blastoise had disappeared, and with a cast of characters she no longer cared about her temperament would cool. Temptress slithered behind a lawn furniture set, waiting for a new victim to torment. 

tl;dr
Vivienne withdrew Razorback and sent out Furfru. Currently staring at the salamence, waiting for it to try and strike.
Temptress ended her Disarming Voice and hid behind some lawn furniture. 

Vivienne watched with a dull gaze as Andrew went off to fight that uppity trainer with the blastoise. She spoke out to him with a monotone voice and as little investment as possible, "No. Stop. Come back." Alas, boys will be boys. No skin off her nose if Andrew got a few bruises for being--himself. Vivienne turned her gaze to her milotic, who seemed to be in quite a tizzy.

Temptress continued her seductive wiggle, only for that damn ungrateful piece of SHIT blastoise ignoring her completely. Can you believe the AUDACITY!? To be rejected by this FATASS TURTLE! The MOTHER FUCKER should be grateful she even noticed him! Temptress screamed, her eyes bulging with unbridled rage. The scream only increased in volume, sending scornful soundwaves toward that BITCH ASS blastoise (Disarming Voice). She will make him feel her pain, nobody ignores Temptress--NOBODY!

Vivienne blinked, seeing the unfolding drama as pretty standard as far as Temptress fights go. She turned her attention to Razorback, who was having an adventure of his own.

Razorback was in the middle of shepherding an elderly worker toward the other hostages, when a fucking Salamence came at him. Razorback's Keen Eye noticed the massive figure approaching before it could get too close, which allowed him to react quickly. Razorback dug his talons into the elderly worker, lifting him off the ground as he faced the dragon. Razorback smiled, almost daring this 'hero' to attack him while he held the old man. No attacks were sent, but Razorback didn't dare turn his back on the salamence. He flapped his metal wings to propel himself backwards until he could drop the coot off with the other hostages. He planned to guard them with Vivienne once he arrived.

Vivienne encourages Andrew to follow his dreams.
Temptress used Disarming Voice on the blastoise.
Razorback picked up a worker and faced the salamence until he reaches Vivienne and the hostages.

As Vivienne admired the potted plant, she barely registered that the fun had begun. Her attention was drawn away from the plant by the shouting of Andrew, her partner in the task assigned at the planning stage. She watched as the spindly man tried to command the room, and even chuckled at his audacity to start kicking the shit out of one of the workers. The guy had spunk, she'd give him that.

As one of the pedestrians shouted a call to action, Vivienne decided that she couldn't spectate any longer--much to her annoyance. She sighed, lifting the plant over her head and chucking it at the loud mouth. That was basically all she could do in that regard, she had no way to block the attacks of the blastoise so Andrew would just have to manage that himself. 

As Vivienne pulled a pokeball from under her hat, she decided to answer the Miles on the comms. "Doing just fine on the second floor, don't worry your pretty little head dear."  She opened her ball, revealing a devious milotic. Vivienne pointed to blastoise, "Temptress, knock off that turtle!" The serpentine mistress jumped into action, slithering toward the Blastoise as fast as she could manage. When she got close she would rise up and--wink seductively. Releasing pheromones from her swaying body, Temptress would attempt to Attract the blastoise so he wouldn't be such a bother. 

Meanwhile Vivienne strode to Andrew's gathered crowd, pulling another pokeball out of her hat and opening it immediately. There was a flash, followed by the reveal of a shining skarmory. Known as Razorback, the metal predator swooped around his master and awaited her orders. "Razorback be a dear and herd the stragglers to the party over there." Razorback let out a metallic screech, diving at the nearest pedestrian in an attempt to scare them into Andrew's hostages. As Vivienne approached, she would fold her arms and let out a shrill cackle. "Don't get up on my account boys and girls. I would hate for things to get bloody before the main event."

Out of all the Rockets present, Vivienne was taking this mission the least seriously. Perhaps she believed she was above this kind of work and decided to be overly casual out of spite. More likely she just finds work more fun when it doesn't have to be so damn serious.  

Vivi stood out like a sore thumb in here, being a seven foot tall giant in an weirdly extravagant sundress and large floppy hat. She had a black fabric mask on, you know like one of those masks you wear to avoid germs, and hid her striking eyes behind circular sunglasses. As the other grunts checked in, Vivienne would respond last.

"Milky Mother signing in. Ready to play when you are." Vivienne chose her nickname on the fly, purposely making it ridiculous to poke fun at the demands of Andrew Fisher. She browsed the base solemnly, picking up a particularly strange looking plant. Beside it was a sign that said in large black letters 'Do not touch'

Vivienne had not expected Rocket to answer when she reached out. It was nice to know they were open to a meeting, although it provided the diva no comfort. She was putting everything on the line for this, after all it was the primary reason she came to Hoenn in the first place. She was willing to do anything in the name of her Order, but she could not deny that she felt fear as she rode the elevator upward.

He composure did not betray her though, as the giant leaned down to exit the lift she would look as confident as ever. There was power in confidence, feigned or not, and she had every intention of radiating it during this meeting. A nobody lead her to a somebody, and when that somebody greeted her Vivienne curtsied. 

"Eet wahs cahmfortahble ahnd quick. My dearest skahrmahry outclahsses ahny aircrahft een bahth speed ahnd luxury." 

She stepped forward, her massive dress swaying as she entered the office. "Eet ees a pleasure to meet you um--fahrgive me I wahsn't given a nahme."
