the sun stretches, early morning reaching into mid morning. it's rays sit at a good angle, long shadows dance as pokemon fight.

it seems shes stumbled into something she hadn't intended, but she's mesmerized by it. what is this? everyone is battling?

a nidoqueen's hyper beam tries to break through cloyster's hardened shell. her eyes light with the brilliance of crackling energy.

snap!

her head turns to the cloyster, her hair a whip crack behind her. it's on the ground now. and bits of shell look right at home on a sandy beach.

she hasn't battled before.

at least she doesn't think so.

she feels ready.

she turns to her own opponent.

even in such hellish lighting, she's an angel. white chiffon on tan skin, layers of sheer fabric obscure her form. the dress dances along tile floor as she moves. it's an odd picture. she's plush softness in such an industrial setting (heaven on earth).

nanette smiles at her partner for the night, and it's quite dazzling, isn't it?

a sleeping munna rests in her clutch. puerile, she holds onto it like a stuffed animal.

"it's quiet," her voice is so soft is only just cracks the silence that looms around them, "would you like a midnight snack? it would be no trouble." it's not too bizarre of an inquiry, they are right next to the dining hall, after all.
