The scenery is like a whirlwind just passed through leaving destruction in its wake. Kila felt like she stumble upon a film set rather than real scenery since she felt it is unreal, what thing could possibly be responsible for all of this. The further they walk, Kila finds herself holding her own breath looking at the injured pokemon that lay waste around the ground. Derek approaches the dead Zigzagoon and lets out a sad muse while Kila just stands up freeze doesn't want to believe what she sees. She didn't take this 'adventure' serious enough at the beginning but after witnessing this - everything become real to her. [break][break]

"The claw mark..." Kila muses, losing to her own thought while tracing her finger to the claw mark. The mark is not clean instead it is messy and jagged as if it is not cut but crushed instead. "... I am not sure if this is good news or not, but the claw isn't sharp. Whoever or whatever that does this destruction, I am one hundred percent sure that they are the ones that injure or kill the pokemon here" Kila walks to the nearest heavily injured Pokemon while biting her lower lip wanting to help but she doesn't know-how. [break][break]

"Do you know have any pokemon that can heal and erase the poison?" Kila turns and stares at Derek, hoping that he might have an option to do so. [break][break]

The way they stuttered made Kila laugh while keep walking forward. Then they start to point out her outfit which makes her stop for a moment and look down at her slowly then stare at Locke, there is a pause for a moment. "You don't really need to use miss really~ Just call me Kila really. We are in this together after all" Kila completely changes the topic not wanting to indulge the reason. Well, truthfully - there is no significant reason behind her outfit beside ignorance and not wanting to go back for a warmer jacket. Kila takes out her Galarian Meowth and hugs her to give her extra comfort within the cold cave. Kila jumps down evading a small deescalation of the ground, "careful with the uneven ground." Kila warns. [break][break]

"Why do you decide to visit this cave, by the way?" Kila asks. She is currently holding a big secret that she doesn't want Locke to find out and that is she doesn't know where she is going. However, she leads Locke with confidence so no one should expect that she doesn't know where to go.

Something a bit amiss from Vic when he mentions his name but Kila just shrugs it off and digs the paper that she has made when she was alone earlier. "I should have probably told you this beforehand but if you don't have it, we can use an alternative plot" Kila finish organizing the papers that she wrote into two piles on the table. "Do you own a pokemon that knows how to Dig? I am thinking to highlight that both Pokemon and humans can work together to preserve nature through my video." Kila mentions her desire for her work. She wants to bring some humor without lessening the seriousness of the message that she wants to convey.

Kila doesn't register by what Derek said about Bailey and Alexander is gone for good. She is now under impression that this runner ups just gave up from pursuing the champion seat. Sadly, no one telling her exactly of their whereabouts but she will find it even if that is the last thing she would do! Then her eyes caught the attention of the footprints that has been discovered by Derek. Whoever footstep that is, it leads to the forest outside of the building. [break][break]

"Hey, guys? You know what I am thinking right now?" Kila stares at the forest and both of them back to back. "I know what we are going to do next. Let's explore the Forest!" Kila declares it with a wide grin, where each of her hands starts to grab each of their hands and drag them to the forest. To be honest, Kila doesn't know what to expect or what awaits her in the forest but that is the thrill of it ain't it? A journey to the unknown.

"Umu, umu..." Kila nods after hearing the identity of Bailey, "She sounds strong, would be great if I can find her and ask to do a stream together. Bet I will get a lotta view" Kila snaps her finger with a wide grin, oblivious to the fact that she is dead. Kila still walks around trying to look for a Pokeball that she misses then she hears silver man respond about the crime scene. "Is it? The video I watched usually always shows me that the police would pick up something that looks strange for a closer inspection" Kila answers completely forgetting that they would wear a glove before picking it up to not leave their fingerprint on it. [break][break]

"Eh? Let me see?" Kila exclaims when she hears about Romeo's discovery. She does notice that some broken Pokeballs are empty what an interesting find. "Instead of a crime scene, this place gives me more of an escape room vibe. Instead of escaping, we are entering further" Kila tilts her head trying to think. "Come to think about it..." Kila turns her body and looks at both men, "... I didn't catch any of your names earlier on the briefing. Feels weird if I keep calling you Silver man and Mr. Longhair. You can call this cutie with Kila, hope we can work together well~" Kila introduces herself.

'Maaan... This place sure gets some good beating.' Kila stares around looking at the surrounding on how messy this place is. Lots of Pokeball scatters around the ground. She takes a peek at the nameplate that is examined by the man and sees the name of BAILEY COOPER, "Who is Bailey Cooper, Silver man?" Kila casually asks, raising her eyebrow as she is inspecting the damaged shelves. She noticed an empty slot on a certain shelf and subconsciously count it like she was counting the eggs on the storage back at home. [break][break]

"Huh?" Kila suddenly caught herself counting it after actually finishing counting it all. Kila looks around and she definitely couldn't see any eggs laying around but she do notice that might fit the slot is the Pokeball that laying on the ground. She mentally count the Pokeball while walking around and noticed that the number match. "Yo, silver man! Help me put all of this Pokeball back to the slot over there" Kila waves calling for the man that she doesn't know his name yet. She should know his name over the briefing but honestly... She wasn't paying attention that much so it might skip her mind. Kila takes one Pokeball at a time and puts it back gently to the slot, she treats the Pokeball as if it was an egg.

After finishing the script, Kila decides to walk around and find a swivel. She quickly drag it and quickly set up the set where there is a lone desk and a chair that face the other way right in front of the entrance door. The chair is quite big enough to cover her whole body so whoever enters the room wouldn't see what is beyond the chair. With a grin, she suddenly heard the door opened and Viktor's voice can be heard. [break][break]

Kila remains silent for a bit not hurrying to answer Viktor, she gently pushes and spins her chair revealing her figure while maintaining a boss position. "Ah, Mr. Victor. Good to see that you are finally here. Your presence here is..." Kila trails her sentence and plays around with pause before continuing it "...reassuring for the future of this project." Kila announces with a serious tone and solemn. A moment of pause passed and Kila quickly smiles. [break][break]

"Vic! What do you think about my performance earlier? Did you get chill? Do I look cool or not?" Kila quickly returns to her upbeat self and plays around with the swivel chair. "But really, thank you for coming to help Vic. With you here, this project will be a victory! Get it?" Kila flashes a V sigh and laughed.

A request to lead a certain courier into the Shoal Cave arrives on her hand as a Ranger. Wanting to climb up rank within the Ranger so she can get closer to her idol - She decides to take it. Despite this, she has no prior knowledge about Shoal cave other than a cave and that is shown by her outfit where it reveals her belly button. The saving graces that she has right now is the fact that she also brings her baggy jacket with a thick feather on the collar - A prized possession that she owns after leaving her town. With a slight shiver on her body, she greets the person that she is going to escort with as an upbeat tone as she could muster. [break][break]

"Hi there, it's ya' friendly neighborhood Ranger Kila!" Kila calls them with a wide grin trying her best to cover her shivering state. "Let's go into the wondrous world of Shoal Cave, shall we?" Kila starts to march forward while pointing forward. She is hoping that moving a lot could make her body warmer.

The job comes out rather suddenly and none of her recording devices is fully charged for a prolonged recording, with a heavy heart all she can do is to abandon the idea of making a video out of this job. "Ah, talking about a miss chance!" Kila ruffles her hair in frustration thinking about how she could record how the baby aquatic pokemon will try their best on walking to the ocean - That kind of documentary should tug some string within people's hearts and raise some awareness on how infant aquatic pokemon struggles to live. [break][break]

A cloud of sands raises to the sky as Selen runs on it with great vigor while Kila is hanging on her own life at her back. Then she saw a figure of a man not too far with a Swampert nearby. Kila pat Selen's side as a sign for her to stop running, "Good girl!" Kila praises her as she jumps down and approaches the man. "Ah, you must be my partner, right? Name is Kila, nice to meet you" Kila asks the man with a small as she tosses her bag full with her recording device that is currently charged with a portable charger. "Can you keep an eye on them? I am hoping that I could use some of the battery remain to take a short shot" Kila calls Selen's back and looks around for a bit while remaining nearby the man within an earshot.

Kila received a ranger job and she was contemplating on whether should she take her camera with her to monetize it and share some of the revenue to the locals for their funds or not. But after giving some thought, Kila decides to bring it with her. This could raise her fame and the increase of her fame will make her revenue higher and by having a higher revenue - She could donate more - That line of thought comes to her brain within a second. This job will be a two-person job and she is working with her hero - Victor Wexler. So, she also needs to be on her best behavior. [break][break]

Dewford is a bit far away and Victor proposes a meet-up so he can help with the traveling. Kila doesn't want to make Victor wait, so she decides to come to the meeting spot an hour earlier than the meeting time. She fills her free time by random video her surroundings. [break][break]

A potential sponsor reached out to her and requested for her to make a promotional video for their charity service which is conservation of the wildlife. When Kila learns about this, her mind quickly turned like a piece of fine machinery and a name pops out to her mind - Victor Wexler - A hero that saved her life in the past and once told her about his desire for conservation. With that line of thought, Kila sends two messages, one is to accept the proposal while the other is sent to Victor himself, asking if he wants to help her with this project. [break][break]

For this promotional video to work, Kila has made some research. While Fortree might not be the best to convey the message that she is trying to send but she knows a place that should need some help for raising awareness and this Mt. Chimney. Kila arrives at the studio that she has rented for two days for the whole recording process, if it wasn't for the sponsor - Kila wouldn't able to rent a studio like this. She usually does edit and makes a video within the comfort of her own home. So, with the sponsor, she wants to get bigger in the production value. [break][break]

After playing around with the script outline of what she will going to do with the video, she is waiting for Vic to arrive at the place. [break][break]
